    Bette orders Chinese for the gang…While Bette is interrogated by Alice…A funny chapter…Must read

    Bette leaves the pool and heads towards the door…She stops in the living room and gets some cash out of her purse…She then opens the door and takes the food in one hand and pays the guy with the other

    Bette: How much?

    Guy: The total is $48.00 even

    Bette: Holy..

    Tina walks up behind Bette

    Tina: I’ll take that

    Tina takes the bag in her hands

    Tina: So how much was it?

    Bette: You don’t want to know

    Bette gives the guy $50.00

    Bette: You can keep the change

    Guy: Thank you

    Bette: Your welcome

    Bette closes the door…She walks over to the table where Tina prepares the food…

    Bette: Do you think I should use the paper plates?

    Tina looks at the items on the table

    Tina: Yeah

    Bette: How many?

    Tina looks at Bette

    Tina:Seven

    Bette: Ok seven it is

    Bette goes into the kitchen and retrieves seven plates…She brings them back to the table where she helps Tina set up…Bette then goes out back and calls the gang in

    Bette: Come eat

    Everyone gets up from lounging…Apparently the alcohol kicks in…Especially in Alice…Shane goes over to Alice who is still in the pool hanging along the side…She lends Alice a helping hand

    Shane: Come on detective

    Alice: Thanks Shane

    Carmen: You got it?

    Shane: Yeah

    Shane helps Alice out the pool…She puts Alice’s arm around her shoulder and helps her inside…Dana is near them

    Dana: You ok Al?

    Alice: Yeah I will be alright

    Dana: You sure?

    Alice: Yeah

    Shane helps Alice to the sofa…Alice sits down and takes a look at the food

    Alice: Looks good

    Tina: It tastes good too

    Jenny, Shane, Carmen, and Kit have a seat at the table…Everyone digs in grabbing a plate and a fork…

    Dana: Oh my god spear ribs and chicken wings my favorite

    Alice: I thought I was your favorite?

    Dana: You are Al…But your not my favorite food

    Alice: Oh

    Alice makes an attempt to pour another glass of wine…Bette comes up behind her

    Bette: I’ll take that detective

    Alice: Bette?

    Bette: Oh no you are not throwing up tonight

    Alice: Yeah maybe your’re right. Dana could you fix me a plate?

    Dana: Sure. What do you have a taste for?

    2. Alice was hilarious in this one. I could just see Bette clamping her hand over her mouth because she’d blurted something out. Nice group interaction that we didn’t get to see too much of this past season. Can’t wait for your next post….(hint, hint, hint)
