Meaning if they are found guilty they will be labled the freaks out of the group and if they are found not guilty then they will be let off with a warning.

The gang laughs at Alice’s comment including Kit and Tina…Seeing Bette so tight in a nut shell turns Tina on at crazy moments like this

Alice: Ok Tina lets get in the water

Alice: Except last night to my knowledge Porter. Now Tina to answer your question you and I can get in and Bette and everyone else can watch

Alice: Ok this court will take a recess

Tina leaves the pool area going into the bedroom…She changes into some shorts and a t-shirt….A bathing suit right now wouldn’t be comfortable…Tina did what suited her…After changing she heads back out to the pool area where Alice has her arm around Bette’s shoulder and she is talking to her
