“I’m sure you will.” Tina laughed and turned to swim toward the shore. “Race you…” The blonde called over her shoulder as she took off.
It took a moment for Bette to register what the blonde was doing. “Hey!” Bette quickly went after her.

The girls found themselves playing a water gun balloon game where you use your water gun to shoot a stream of water unto a target to get a balloon to pop first.
“Woohoo!” Alice unleashed her excitement after having won the fourth carnival game in a row.
Dana let out a frustrated sigh, “How many more times are we going to play this Al?”
Shane turned to a frustrated looking Bette and whispered, “You want to shoot her with your gun, don’t you?”
Bette had to crack a smile at Shane’s words but didn’t deny what the tousled hair brunette had said.
“You can trade in those four little stuffed animals for any one of the giant ones,” the man working the booth informed.
Alice turned to Tina, “Which one would you like Tina?”
Tina began to blush. “Oh Alice…I couldn’t…”
Alice wrapped her arm over Tina’s shoulder. “Ah come, we’re BFFs now!”
Tina quickly looked at Bette who simply shrugged her shoulders and replied to Alice. “How about the pink elephant?”
“Good call,” Alice nodded and advised the man behind the counter, “A pink elephant for the lovely lady.”
Alice clutches the giant pink elephant with two hands and presents it to Tina. “A memento of our friendship.”
“Thanks Alice,” Tina said softly, using two hands to wrap around the humongous plush toy. “You’re sweet.”
“Hear that? I’m sweet.” Alice informed the group. She then turned to Bette, “This one’s a keeper…great judge of character.”
“I’m done. I need a drink,” Shane announced, standing up from her stool. “Anyone in? I’m buying.”
“I could use a drink too,” Tina replied and saw Bette beginning to inch away from the group. “Bette?”
“You go ahead Tee…I’m just going to go for a quick stroll, okay?” Bette tried to give Tina a warm, reassuring smile.

“Tina tried to maintain a somewhat normal smile and not break into one befitting of a maniac” If you replace “Tina” with “Jikes”, that’s how I look when I read one of your updates. That was too cute, I LOVE them, and this story. You know Hardyver (Yes I’m gonna talk about myself in the 3rd person) was busy concocting all kinds of delicious candy inventions, and that is why she was 87th down the list last time :P but now I’m only like, 75th down the list, so I guess it’s a step up right? Loved the games, the banter, the sexy water kissing! (We both love some Tibette ocean action it seems) :D But yeh, this comment is probs even longer than my epic PM huh? Hmmm, can’t wait for the next chappie to make my goofy grin return in full force :)

That was such a cute chapter. Loved how Bette and Tina got lost in the kiss while standing in the water. Alice is a hoot, but Bette will always have Tina’s heart.
