"Here goes nothing," Bette thought to herself.

“Tee isn’t safe for you to continue working on earth,” Bette blurted out all at once.

Tina: Oh I see.

Tina got up from the couch

Tina: So you want me to drop my career while you go out and play Rambo. Well, forget it Bette!

“Tee, we have to think about our family,” Bette said softly.

Tina: I have been thinking about our family, which includes ALL of us. You seem to think that your career is the only career that does not affect our family.

Bette: That’s not true.

Tina: Oh really, then give me one good reason you shouldn’t quit your job as well Bette!

Bette: Well…Uh

Tina looked at Bette waiting for a response.

Bette searched her mind for justification.  She turned her back to Tina and paced back and forth to think of a response. She then let out a breathe and shook her head from side to side.

Bette: Okay I admit it’s not right to ask you to quit your job.

Tina: And?

Bette: I’m sorry for even suggesting it but will you at least take a taser for protection.

Tina: Yes

Bette: And watch out for informant spies.

Tina: Yes but how can I be sure who is an informant and who is not.

Bette: The sympathesizer, Persia stated that some informants wore the O symbol on the back of their heads. Other than that there is really no way of knowing.

Bette moved toward Tina and pulled her in for hug.

Bette: Look babe the bottom line is that we both need to be careful.

“I agree.” Tina said kissing Bette on the neck and snuggling into her neck.

Bette felt that familiar feeling between her legs but was reminded by a beep of her phone that she needed to get back to Sam.

Bette: Oh my God Tee I forgot Sam is waiting for me. I have to go.

Tina snuggled even closer to Bette.

Tina: Bee I don’t want to let you go. How about a quickie for the road.

Bette swallowed hard.
