“Is this hysterical enough for you,” Tina said in an angry tone.

 From Tina’s look Bette knew not to trend down that path again.

“Well I learned some…some things that makes me believe that we need to be a little more cautious,” Bette said while going to Baby Natalie’s crib and picking the little girl up.

Tina: What “things,” Bettte.

Bette kissed and hugged Baby Natalie closed to her before answering Tina. Baby Natalie like Xaviera smiled at her Mamma. She also reached out and grabbed Bette’s hair. Baby Natalie loved to pull hair and especially Bette’s. Bette felt the pain shoot through her head. She quickly untangled her hair from Baby Natalie’s little hand. Bette kissed Baby Natalie again and then laid her back in the crib.

Bette walked toward Tina and grabbed Tina’s hand.

Bette: Baby let’s sit on the couch and talk.

Tina allowed her wife to guide her to the couch.

The two women both sat gently down on the couch.

Bette continued to hold Tina’s hand.

Bette looked Tina straight in the eyes.

Tina could see Bette’s fear and anxiousness and for that reason she let Bette lead the conversation. Tina patiently waited for Bette to speak.

Bette kissed Tina’s hand and looked at her children.

“Tina what I saw today was shocking,” Bette said looking down at nothing in particular.

“I met women today like Robin and Reika only they were hiding in tunnels. I saw small and older children with them. Tee they’re hiding from the Order. They were packed in rooms like sardines,” Bette shed a tear.

Tina started to rub Bette’s back.

“The cruelty of their living conditions… I just don’t understand why it has to be this way.” Bette said.

Tina fought the tears in her eyes: Bette it’s not your fault these women are living in tunnels. It’s earth narrow mindedness.

“I know Tee but you are right we have to do something. Exactly what, I don’t yet know. The sympathesizer we met today informed of us that noone can be trusted on earth. Tee there are informants working for the Order everywhere.

Bette let out breath.
