Maria: Im ok Bette……..Im here at the hospital and something is wrong with Tina……they have taken her up to the OR again and they are not back yet. She has been there for a few hours now……Im starting to get worried Bette

Bette: Im on my way, Maria…….just stay put…..Ill be there as soon as I can…..Is Charlot with you?

Maria: No, I put her in day care until I knew something about Tina…Im glad I did. So Ill see you soon Bette. Buy

Bette informed Lara about the situation and went over to the hospital to join Maria. When she came to the ICU, a doctor was talking to Maria and she motioned for Bette to come over.

The doctor informed Bette and Maria, that Tina was leeking blood this morning and that they had to operate on her to close it. They found out, where the leek was and closed it successfully. The doctor told them, that Tina was in the recovery resting. They were giving her a blood transfusion, due to the loss of her own blood and some medicine. She was going to remain there for at least a couple of hours, before she would return to the ICU.

Bette: So I guess you arent going to allow visitors in recovery?

Doctor: No and maybe not today…..but Ill check back, when she is in the ICU…Youre more than welcome to wait here, but may I suggest you go and have some lunch. Its going to be a long day

Maria and Bette decided to go and have some lunch. There was a cafe – just around the corner. Bette asked the nurse to call her cell, if there was any change or if Tina returned to the ICU and left her number.

Bette and Maria talked over lunch, mostly about Tina and Charlot. Maria told Bette how she got to work for Tina and about before Eric died. Bette talked about her job and how she met Tina. Then Bettes phone rand, it was Lara calling to check on Bette and to hear if there  was any news about Tina. Lara informed Bette, that the hospital had called about Mr. Fallon. He was allowed visitors and if Bette would stop by his room to get his statement and she said yes.
