Tina: “Ok……..but dont get home too later, babe”
Bette: Ok……..Tina!!!”
Tina: “Year?”
Bette: “Thanks for joining us for lunch…….sorry about my dad”
Tina: “Its alright…….I like Kit………you two have many simiarityes eventhough you dont look alike”
Bette: “We only share the same farther, Tee”
Tina: “We can talk about this later, Bette……..are you going to give me a lift home”
Bette: “Sure……..hop in”
Bette drove Tina back. On their way back there was silence in the car. Tina put her hand on Bettes thigh and squeezzed it. Bette looked at Tina and gave her a little smile. They got to Tinas appartment and Bette turned the car off. Tina leaned in a gave Bette a kiss on the lips.
Tina: “ill see you later ok…”
Bette: “ok………bye”
Tina went inside the appartment building and Bette drove down town to the station. On her way back to the station her phone rang. ID-caller said Kit.
Bette: “Hey Kit”
Kit: “Hey baby sis…….are you alright?”
Bette and Kit talked all the way, until Bette was parked outside the station. They said their goodbyes and Bette went inside.
Meanwhile back at the gallery, Kit went into Melvins office, to have a little chat with him. Kit knocked on her fathers door and opened it.
Melvin: “Ahhhh Katie………come in….come in”
Kit: “Dad……..we should talk”
Melvin: “What about Katie?”
Kit: “You know what about……your behaviour towards Bette and Tina……you were practelly rude to Tina, dad”
Melvin: “I dont know, what you are talking about Katie?”
Kit: “Just because you cant except Bettes situation in life, dosent mean you have to be rude towards Tina………I like Tina……..she seems nice and for Bette to introduce her……means shes serious about her……..I cant belive you asked, if she was one of Bettes onenight stands wanting more”
Melvin: “What should I have asked miss Kennard about Katie……..I dont know her”
Kit: “Maybe thats the problem……you never make time for Bette and her friends……and dont look at me like that”
Melvin: “Like What!!!!!!?”
Kit: “Like you dont know, what Im talking about………you alwas put Bette down, eventhough you are proud of her…….you never tell her that…..do you?”
