    (ANOTHER TALKING DAY)

     

     

    When Bette and Tina went to sleep they ended up all tangled up with each other. It was a particularly warm night so they ended up shrugging off the covers but they weren’t so willing to let go of each other. The heat woke Bette in the middle of the night, she saw a light sheen of sweat on Tina’s back and decided to open the balcony doors. She was going to get back into bed but wanted to check on Eli first. Nero’s head popped up as soon as Bette walked in.

     

     

    She patted his head, “Hey boy go back to sleep.”

     

     

    She looked over at Eli. He had fallen asleep without his shirt on but his hair was still matted down with sweat. She noticed that his hair was getting longer. She made a mental note to talk to him and see if he’d be interested in Shane cutting his hair. She reached down and combed his hair away from his face; she opted for turning his fan on instead of cracking his window.

     

     

    When she walked back into the room she saw that Tina had rolled over on her back, and had swept her hair back. As she got back into bed she turned on her side and put her arm over Tina’s stomach.

     

     

    “Hey babe where did you go?” Bette looked up at Tina who was lazily opening her eyes.

     

     

    “I went to check on Eli.”

     

     

    “Is he okay?”

     

     

    “Yeah it was a little warm in his room so I turned on his fan.”

     

     

    “Thanks babe…God it wasn’t this warm last night.”

     

     

    Tina turned and faced Bette as Bette pulled her in closer. “Is it alright that I have my arm over you?”

     

     

    Tina smiled. “Of course it is babe…,” she leaned in and kissed Bette. “…but I need to change out of these pajama pants.” Tina got out of bed and walked over to her dresser. Bette had turned on her back and was watching Tina.

     

     

    Tina slipped on her shorts and turned back. “Do you want a pair too babe?” As soon as Tina turned back she saw that Bette was staring at her. “…baby are you staring again?”

    3. Thank you for posting, I have been waiting for an update. I am so glad they talked…I mean REALLY talked. I think for the most part they pretty much covered everything and neither one of them bolted…no furniture was thrown…no obscene gestures…all in all it was a good day. Please post soon.

I mean, the last part was very intense and… yes, quite painful, but I really think that was necessary, in order for them to move on. Like Tina said, some things really needed to be let out… Thank you for making the ‘talk’ painfully realistic, but still give us the happy ending to it that we’re all craving for! … and now, ladies and gentlemen, on with the loving!!!     9. I nearly feel drained after going through that with them. I was wondering earlier when we’d get another chapter. That sucks that school got in the way. Stupid school. =p

    17. Oh snap! I totally forgot to comment on the first part of the chapter! So Tina gets horny when she’s hot. I can’t say that I do. All I do is moan and groan and not in a good way. I get pretty cranky. I’d rather keep it cool inside so I can snuggle with the one I love and not feel suffocated.

    18. gosh that was worth waiting for. loved every word of it.. so happy they are getting back together,now to figure out where they will live. and the gallery opening, surely Bette and Tina will have Eli in a tux, he’ll be so handsome and I guess Bette will have Ollie and the gang from NY there as well, then everyone will be as happy as clams. can hardly wait for the next few chapters. thanks for a wonderful story. anything that gets and keeps our girls together makes me very happy.

    20. Tina had a lot of anger to vent at Bette. I am glad that she got it out of her system and really listened to what Bette had to say. I am glad that you were able to post and look forward to the next chapter.

    21. an incredible talk a hard one but it was necessary for both of them, they needed to have this kind of talk to try to put out all their fears and angers that they have been carriying all this time. Thanks for the post i know you try so hard to do it! this was so good!

    23. As hard as it is, sometimes you have to get it all out and let it go otherwise it will slowly eat away at you. Now that I am exhausted I’m going to try and work. Love your story, love the update, and so can’t wait for more. Isn’t it about time for long overdue make-up sex?
