“I second that.” Tina replies.

They lay in silence for a few minutes. Looking into each others eyes.

“So, did the boys do anything new while I was gone?” Bette asks.

“No nothing. It’s been a slow week in that department.” Tina says and grins.

“That’s good I guess In a way I don’t want to miss anything.” Bette says. Tina smiles and looks down at Bette’s stomach. She reaches down and strokes it softly.

“Has she started kicking yet?” Tina asks.

“I love it when you do that. It’s not only soothing to me but also the baby.” Bette says and takes Tina ‘s hand and brings it up to her face and softly kisses it.

“I know babe, you used to do it to me, remember?” Tina says.

“Yeah. It was my favourite time.” Bette says and smiles.

“It was? You never told me that?” Tina says a little surprised.

“I didn’t think I had to. I thought you knew.” Bette replies.

Tina doesn’t reply, she just looks into Bette’s eyes.

“It was only us two, enjoying each others company Like now. For the short time we stay like this, the world is gone, all the problems is put on a shelf for a short period of time. It’s just you and me. That is my favourite time.” Bette says and leans in for another kiss.

After a few minutes Noah appears in the doorway crying.

“Mommy.” He cries and walks into the bedroom. Tina sit up and reach out her arms. He walks over to the bed besides Tina and she lifts him up.

“What happened sweetie?” She asks as she wipes away the tears and softly kissing his cheek. Moments later Danny walks into the room to.

“Danny come here.” Bette says and holds out her hand. Both she and Tina knew that it was probably Danny who got Noah to cry. He was a little bigger and stronger than his brother. And he also is talking much better than Noah. Bette lifts him up into bed and into her lap.

“Danny, what happened?” She asks.

“My car He took it.” Danny says.

Bette looks over at Tina and Noah. She has managed to calm him down a little.

Noah put his hand on his cheek.

“Booboo.” He says. That is his word for pain. Which probably means that Danny hit him on the cheek.

“Danny, did you hit your brother?” Bette asks.

He didn’t reply right away.

“My car.” He says and looks into Bette’s eyes.

“Danny, you know that you can’t hit your brother. That’s a no no. We have told you this before.” Bette says. She lift him into her arms and gets out of bed. She carries him into his bedroom and lay him down into his crib.

“Nooooo.” He starts to cry.

“Yes, Danny. You were mean to your brother. I’ll come and get you in an hour.” Bette says. He cries louder and louder. She walks out and closes the door. She walks back into the bedroom. Noah was now calm and laying in Tina’s arms, totally relaxed. Bette lay back down. Noah crawled out of Tina’s arms and into Bette’s. It was clear that he had missed his mommy. Tina smiles at the sight. She leans down and kisses Bette softly on the lips.

“I’m gonna make dinner. You stay here, relax for an hour. Okay?” Tina says.

“Are you sure?” Bette asks.

“Yes, you need the rest. Relax. I’ll wake you in an hour.” Tina says and smiles.

“Thank you.” Bette says. Tina leaves and walks into the kitchen to make dinner for her and Bette. Danny is starting to calm down again.
