Bette cried out loud while looking down at Karen…she touches the side of her cheek and bends down and plants a kiss along it…Tina rubbed her back and wiped her tears that fell…Bette stood before walking away…she smiled and said
Bette: “goodbye” she plants a white rose in her casket…
She and Tina walk off…Alice and Shane step up…Alice says
Alice: “it doesn’t look like her…”
Shane: “I know…they say your skin changes a bit from the chemicals they embomb in you when your dead”
Alice: “oh…farewell Karen…may god be with you” she stepped away
Shane: “farewell buddy…I’m gonna miss you…bye K” she steps away
The women all meet in the back of the room…Alice and Shane walk over to Bette and Tina
Tina: “I’m so proud of you…you did good real good babe” she hugs and kisses the brunette
Alice and Shane smile…Shane says
Shane: “what’s next?”
Bette: “we’re gonna head home…I don’t feel so good”
Shane: “cool, come on”
The women head back to campus…They all hop out and Alice and Shane walk Bette and Tina to Bette’s apartment…
Tina: “thanks so much…you two have been lifesavers” Tina hugs Alice and Shane
Alice/Shane: “your welcome”
Alice: “are you two gonna be okay alone?”
Tina looks over at the red nosed brunette…she smiled and said
Tina: “yeah, thanks for asking…we’ll be just fine”
Shane: “okay, if you need us don’t hesitate to call”
Tina: “okay, I’ll keep that in mind”
Shane and Alice walk away and then Alice runs back she says
Alice: “I almost forgot to give you this” she hands Tina the box with the iguana inside
Tina: “oh that…thanks…call me later”
Alice: “okay…bye”
Alice and Shane walk off…Bette and Tina turn around and head inside…Tina took care of Bette…she gave her a bath and breaded her hair…she even dressed her…
Tina: “aww…poor baby…” she rubs the side of Bette’s cheek…she smiles
The brunette walks over and gets into bed…Tina walked over to her tv and turned it on…Bette said
Bette: “sweetie…could you put that dvd on right there under that white book?”
Tina smiled and said
Tina: “sure”
Tina puts the dvd in and microwave was beeping…she smiled and said
Tina: “your soup is ready”
Bette: “mmm…what kind?”
Tina: “your favorite chicken noodle”

Smart choice, Bette! LMAO On a serious note, I hate funeral homes too. All the ones I’ve been in smell the same to the point that I almost hate going to a florist due to the mixed smells of various flowers.

Funerals are so gloomy and depressing, but I’m glad Bette went to say goodbye. Good to see Tina taking care of Bette’s needs during this time. LOL. Good choice indeed, Bette’s upset not stupid. LOL. Please continue.
