"shes after ….me"

"what the fuck are you talking about Nikk?" Amy asked. i sat up completely out of my trance i felt like i was in.

"Victoria, shes after me" i looked around and everyone knew i wasn't out of it now.

"who's Vitoria and why is she after you" Seth sat down next to me and billy wheeled himself in front of me leaning forward.

"Victoria. shes the reason why your all wolves now. Her and Laurent are the vampires your looking for. Victoria is here because she is looking for me" i was trying to remember everything that happened. the whole conversation with Laurent was a blur now.

"who is Laurent the vampire you were face to face with?" Billy put his hand on my knee and asked.

"yeah, he was passing back through to go south and found me in the middle of his hunt. Victoria is trying to kill me he said, shes here to find me he found out when he ran back into her" it was coming together a bit, pieces i can remember, and those deep crimson eyes of his.

"how does Laurent and Victoria know eachother and why is she trying to kill you" bill asked. Seth and Amy leaned in on each side of me.

"they were friends, they traveled and hunted together with Victoria's partner, James. they were passing through when i first saw them. I was in the woods by myself at the Cullens and James found me. Victoria and Laurent stayed behind cuz it was just me. then the Cullens killed James and Victoria and Laurent ran cuz they were out numbed" i was picturing everything that happened that day with James.

"so why you because you got away?" Seth asked.

"edward" it all came together. I remembered everything that happened, everything Laurent said.

"what" Amy asked. I knew she was confused.

"edward killed James" i felt like i was going to fall to pieces.

"so, that's him not you" Seth said.

"no Seth, mate for mate. Nikkie's mate was Edward he killed James. Victoria's taking Edwards mate now." billy explained.

"but shes not anymore" Amy slapped Seth as soon as it came out. But he was right, Laurent was right.
