Spencer jumped for joy in the passenger seat as the sight of their destination appeared before them. This would be a good day, she was sure of it. She giggled in delight as the girl next to her chuckled a bit under her breathe at the teen’s actions.

"Jesus Spence, aren’t you supposed to be the mature one here?" she mocked her jokingly causing Spencer’s cheeks to turn a deep crimson.

"Sorry Ash…it’s just you know days like this don’t come very often for me…especially when my mom knows that you’re involved…" she whispered as her bottom lip was sucked into her mouth and she began to chew on it nervously. This upset Ashley a bit and so she wrapped an arm around Spencer’s shoulders pulling the girl to her chest protectively,

"Spence, I’m sorry I was only messing." she pleaded against her angels soft golden locks before caressing a hand beneath her chin and raising her head so her eyes could connect with Spencer’s.

"Let’s go see some animals!" she said with that childish giggle she knew Spencer loved; Spencer smiled at her as her face lit up with joy

"HOKAY!" Ashley couldn’t help it she was to adorable and within seconds that lip that had once been Spencer’s was now theirs as  she kissed her passionately breaking away reluctantly and  kissing the blondes  nose and opening her door. Spencer followed her girlfriend’s example and soon they were standing out front of the zoo gates.

"OH MY GAWD, Ash the baby penguins! They are finally here" Spencer squealed.

"Why do you think I brought you to the zoo Spence?" Ashley said suavely as a small smirk made its way to her lips. Spencer beamed at her before grabbing her hand and pulling her to the ticket booth

“Come on!!” she said over and over as she hoped from foot to foot unable to stand still from excitement. Ashley just shook her head sending her dark locks into a small frenzy, which she had to flip from her face once more which earned her a laugh from the woman that was exchanging her cash for tickets.

“You two have fun now and remember from last time young lady, NO feeding the animals” she said in a stern yet kind filled voice towards Spencer who blushed and was about to open her mouth until Ashley covered it with a hand
