The King High Killer – (Chapter: Chapter 10, Ten Little Indians)

“Okay. First thing’s first. If we’re going to try and figure out the Killer, we’ll need a list of suspects. Who’s first?” Spencer asked, turning to look at Ashley and Lily. Carmen, who lay between the two girls, appeared to have no idea what was going on and not in the least caring.
“Well what evidence do we have?” Lily asked, sitting up a little straighter against the headboard.
“Not a lot. We know that the Killer has access to the sheriff’s station cause when Patrick was murdered there, there was no sings of tampering with locks and the front door was shut.” Ashley explained as she got comfortable on the bed.
“And we know that the Killer had to have known Linda because she let the Killer into her house.” Spencer said, writing all this down.
“Who’s Linda?” Lily questioned.
“Linda Battle. One of the first victims, single mom, worked at the diner.” Realization dawned on Lily and she ducked her head.
“Carmen was pretty torn up about that.” She said sadly.
“We all were.” Ashley whispered as her eyes found Spencer’s. The blonde swallowed back her tears and moved on.
There’s also the fact that Killer has to know key information about the students of King High. He knew that Patrick was gay-”
“Patrick Anderson was gay!” Lily shrieked, eyes wide and mouth hanging open in shock. Spencer exhaled loudly and Ashley rolled her eyes.
“Something you need to keep to yourself, Zee. Patrick wasn’t out and we don’t think he wanted anyone to know.” Ashley explained firmly. Lily quietly nodded her head, still in shock, but let it go.
“But that’s the thing.” Spencer said impatiently. “The Killer has to have a lot of knowledge about the students in order to A. get the constantly updated list of kids attending the Halloween dance. B. Know their reputations. And C. Know all their secrets.”
“So that’s why you think it’s a student doing all of this.” Lily said, looking between Ashley and Spencer.
“It definitely makes more sense for a student. And if the Killer was on campus during cut-day, they needed to be able to blend in. Not just anyone can walk onto a school’s campus in this day and age.”
“Well let’s start with the people who have access to the Halloween dance list.” Lily said, looking directly at Spencer.

dun dun dun! another fantatic chap stix! I was hoping ash and spence would’ve used their closet time to really express what they feel for each other but hey it worked out anyway, at least they didn’t really get mad at each other in this chap. I loved the way spence was so concerned when ash told her about almost being hit by the car, that was so great. and are you serious? you’re almost done with this?? =( ahh well it’s definitely worth all the suspense and angst! excellent job, can’t wait to find out what they just found out in the files aobut their parents. pms please!!
mmmm. thts all i can say. amazing. theres so much stuff going hand in hand. i personally think the killer is christine and the protege is paula. guess i’ll have to find out. and u being a naughty girl ;) shame shame. lol PMS!!

That was an awesome update. I want to know what happened to their parents that would cause a reaction like that. Its just wow. I bet they will figure out who the killers are. I missed this story I am glad you updated. Spence is so going to come out to Ash because you just can’t leave feelings like that hidden forever. Well her mouth may not speak them but her hands are eager to show. Haha. Well I hope everything is going good with you and I hope you post soon. -jess
brat!! if paula and raife didn’t die in a car accident i’m going to be very upset and i’m also still convinced that paula and raife are the killers. and i haven’t ruled out arthur yet…hmmm…oh and whatever happened to the girl that was trapped and restrained by the killer a few chapters back…perhaps that’s christine and that’s how they got into ashley’s house…oh yes, my wheels are spinning and you can’t convince me otherwise. ughhh i don’t know what to make of everything, i need to re-read the story in it’s entirety and take notes. but it was a splendid update that i thoroughly enjoyed reading and i think that you should write the rest of it right now. ha, isn’t it great that i have my username back? i bet you just missed all of my demands and unreal expectations. i sure missed emmmm :-)
