“Well…I…um…oh yeah, I almost forgot, I went to the shop to help Keith on some cars then I went to shoot some hoops at the river court with the guys. That’s pretty much it. When I went home, mom wasn’t there so I assumed she was taking care of you.”

“Are you sure that’s what you were doing?” Ashley was getting sick of this bullshit. She had two options right now. She either gets mad or breaks down and cries. Frankly, she didn’t want to cry, at least not in front of Aiden and Madison. So her only other option was to get totally and completely furious.

By now, Madison had realized there was something wrong, so she made her way over to the couple. She was silently praying in her head that Ashley hadn’t found out. Ashley was her best friend, but she just loved Aiden so much. She never meant to do this to Ashley, but shit happens and one thing leads to another and mistakes are made. This is probably the worst mistake that Ashley has ever made. She either looses her best friend whom she’s known since kindergarten, or she looses the love of her life. Life sucks balls sometimes. “Hey guys, what’s going on? Ashley, we missed you yesterday. Where were you?”

“I don’t know Madison, where were you? If you missed me so much, why didn’t you bother calling? Huh? Answer me that!” Ashley yelled. People were beginning to look but she didn’t care. She had stopped caring a long time ago.

“Woah, chill out Ash. I was really busy is all. I didn’t have time to call okay? Geez! Why are you being such a bitch?” Madison put on a mad front, but she was terrified that Madison knew. Somewhere deep inside, she hoped Ashley had found out so she wouldn’t have to tell her.

Anger began to control Ashley. She was sure that she would later regret what she was about to do, but at the moment, she didn’t care. Ashley began to yell, “You wanna know why I’m being such a bitch? Well, I’ll tell you why. Because two days ago, on Monday afternoon, I found out that my best friend and the man I thought I loved, were cheating behind my back…TOGETHER! Ya know Madz, you should really turn off that web cam of your every once in a while…it can get you into some deep shit.”
