Strange & Beautiful – (Chapter: Wreck of A Day)

“Well I had a pretty good driver.” Spencer said with a wink and Ashley rolled her eyes with desire “Last one to the door get’s head.” Spencer said before leaving the room with a laugh.

“She’s so obscene; I wonder where she got it from.” Ashley said before finding something to wear.

Becca lay in the middle of her bed staring at the faux constellation of stars as the glowed and swirled. The room was dark just lit by the color of the spinning stars. She sighed heavily as her ears were invaded by the slow chords that poured form her radio.

“If this is giving up then I’m giving up.” She quietly sung along to the slow sung as thoughts of both Madison and Nicole ran through her mind.

She felt bad that she’d hurt Nicole feelings. She really did miss the girl who was once her best friend and Madison was a whole different story. Not only was she mean as hell she was also snobbish, rude. Yet Becca wanted her. She wanted to break down those mean walls but it was over now. It was no reason to keep trying to love a girl who doesn’t want it.

Deciding she was fucking bored Becca went for a walk to the beach not far from her home. Tonight was the coldest she’d ever felt it in L.A. She clutched her windbreaker at the sleeves while the breeze floated through her curl hair.

    “Hey.”

Startled by the voice Becca jumped slightly. Realizing it was Madison her fright was replaced with agitation. “Salut!” Becca replied her gaze straight a head at the sea

“What are you doing out here so late?” Madison asked

     “Thinking.”

Keep it short love. Don’t let her get to you again, don’t turn and look into those big green gorgeous fucking amazing eyes.

    “About?”

“Just Shit” Becca responded trying her best to ignore Madison’s scent that was invading her senses.

“Okay why won’t you look at me?” Madison shrieked

“You are. A. Maniac.” Rebecca responded still not looking at the girl instead focusing on the crashing waves
