I don’t know how it happened, well I guess I do. I just can’t wrap my mind around the fact that she is doing this in front of people she knows, letting them see. Half of them probably won’t even remember tomorrow. What is it she did you might ask. Well she stood in front of me, and within a matter of seconds, Madison grabbed the back of my neck and crashed her lips against mine.

Her hands holding me closely against her chest. Our kiss intensified. I know this shouldn’t be happening, especially here when i know Ashley’s coming back. Anyone can see us, and yet all this doesn’t even phase me. At the moment all I can think of is her body close to mine, her lips against mine, her soft caresses against my body. I hear a loud gasp behind me and the sound of something falling on the ground. I break the kiss, making a loud smacking noise as we part. I turn my head around.

*ohhhh …. Shit*

“Ashley it’s… uh….not….”

Ashley was standing there, her eyes wide with shock her mouth hanging open. The cup of punch had fallen to the ground and emptied onto the carpet. It’s just the kind of metaphor that fits perfectly for her expression as it looks just as empty.

“Uhm…..”

This isn’t how I planned on breaking things off with Ashley, shit!

“Sp…Spen… Spence?”

Her voice stammers as her eyes blinking rapidly in disbelief. “Wha?….uh….whats…. Going on. Please tell me I didn’t see what I think I just did.” she says in a rushed voice.

“You were…. Kissing …..her….” she’s holding her head in her hands and shaking it back and forth.

I’m surprised no one at the party is even paying attention .Grateful for once that the party was apparently filled with such lushes.

“Please tell me what I saw wasn’t real.” She says to herself then looks back at us.

“Spence…” Madison says as she lays the palm of her hand on my shoulder. Ashley leaps forward and pry’s Madison’s hand off of me

“Keep your filthy whore hands off of her you bitch!” she yells at her with such hatred. Obviously she’s not in the land of denial anymore.
