Rebel Yell – (Chapter: 1st day of school ,Rocker Girl from Ohio.)

     – Chapter 1 –

    Spencer’s POV

So here we are, we moved from Ohio in the beginning of summer , we made friends through out the summer they all went to our new high school King High. We all played different kinds of instruments since we all part of the schools orchestra or marching band, actually that’s how we all met. At school over the summer; because of the school summer music program. Since my parents moved us from Ohio and I was the only musically inclined or how my parents put the one who inherited the musical genes of the family.

My Parents were well not your typical parents growing up. Despite the fact my mother is surgeon (that is pretty much we had to move out to LA during the end of my Sophomore year and the end of my brothers Junior Year) and my dad was a social worker. They were what you can say Hippies in a weird form. They grew up in the 60’s so they were all about peace, love and rock and roll. They Discoed on the 70’s and even got into New Wave in the 80’s by the time 90’s rolled around and we were born they listened to the alternative and every form of music out there. So pretty much you can say we grew up in a house full of diverse music and acceptance.  They didn’t even freak out when I got my tattoo before moved out here; my mother even signed the parental consent form. They figured it was only fair since my older brothers Glen and Clay got one so they let me have one. As long as we nothing visibly pierced and or got a god awful tattoo that did not mean anything or had no symbolism to it. By the way I did get the Carlin Family Crest too it matches my two brothers. The only other difference with mine is other than the family crest I have several other ones. To symbolize things in my life, such as the angel wings on my back, and the work on my arm that’s a quarter arm sleeve. Hell they even accepted the fact that I am gay!!
