Spencer and Ashley were skiing on the mountain known as Devil’s Run on a cloudy Friday afternoon. The day was also windy. “Alright, this blows,” Ashley said with a smile. “Are you up for skiing at the off-limits area, babe? Skiing here is so unchallenging.”

“Ash, you know the place is restricted,” pointed out Spencer with a sigh. “What will happen if we get caught by Parker? We’ll get detention for a month and I don’t want to be in school longer than I have to be.”

“No one will see us heading there, Spence,” Ashley stated reassuringly. “They are too busy with their skis and snowboarding to notice anything else going on around them. I promise I won’t do anything crazy, okay?” Ashley kissed Spencer sweetly on the lips. Madison overheard their conversation.

“Spencer may not tell on you since you’re dating, but I sure as hell would snitch,” said Madison.

“You’re bluffing,” Spencer growled. “Don’t listen to her, Ash. Let’s get the hell out of here.” Spencer put her arm around Ashley’s neck.

“I’m not bluffing,” pointed out Madison. “I’m not going to let the school lesbians have the adventure at the off-limits mountain and I’m stuck on this lame mountain.”

“Who says that we’re going to share the spot with you?” Spencer questioned.

“I never said anything about sharing the area, but whoever can ski when a race through the restricted area wins,” pointed out Madison.

“Fine,” Ashley said.

A few minutes later, Ashley, Madison, and Spencer headed to the restricted area of the mountain. “Be careful, Ash,” said Spencer with concern. “Knowing Madison who knows what tricks she may pull since she challenged you to the match. You know how she hates to lose.”

“Don’t worry, I will be careful,” Ashley replied. “I’ll make you proud, babe.” Spencer caressed Ashley’s cheek.

“You always make me proud, Ashley Davies,” pointed out Spencer with a smile. Spencer cupped Ashley’s face and kissed her passionately on her lips. Ashley smiled and wrapped her arms around Spencer’s waist. Spencer pulled back from the kiss with a smile. Ashley pressed her forehead against Spencer’s. Madison rolled her eyes.

“Any day now could we start the race before I’m eligible for social security,” growled Madison. “I do have a life unlike some people I know.”
