                    “I’ve known Ashley since high school. That’s a lifetime Aiden.

     

                    “You were also gone for four years.” Ouch.

     

                    “Rich, real rich Aiden,” I begin to get out of my seat before his voice stops me.

     

                    “No wait…Spencer that’s…that’s not…”

     

                    “What? That’s not what you meant?” I laugh bitterly before finally standing up. “I’m pretty sure it is.” I seethe.

     

                    “Spencer, what are you? Stop, Spencer stop.” I keep walking until I’m at the door knowing he has something else to say.

     

    Just waiting for what he has to say.

     

                    “You’re running. Again.” I turn around to meet his disappointed eyes. I shrug before I make my way out of the coffee house.

    I swear some people just shouldn’t be able to drive. I’m not even joking; it took me about 30 minutes to get home from the coffee house when in reality it should’ve taken 15.

     

                    “I hate people in this world.” I say to no one in particular as I make my way inside my apartment. I set my keys down on the mail table, and check through whatever crap is there.

     

                    “They hate you too.” I glance up to see Madison walking out of her bedroom, looking like she just woke up.

     

                    “Figured as much…I don’t have any mail?” I ask her. I always get mail; it’s usually only me who gets it actually. I just like things to open; it’s somewhat of a surprise.  

     

                    “No…but you do have two new messages.” She replies hopping on the couch.

     

                    “Walmart?” I applied for a job like last week, part time of course. I just need any money I can get. Luckily I still have money saved up from my last job, which is actually what’s keeping me living here.

     

                    “Um, no…How about Ashley,” Of course it’s Ashley, it’s always Ashley.

     

                    “Ugh, why doesn’t she just stop calling?” I sigh as I plop myself down next to Madison.

     

                    “Maybe because you won’t talk to her,” Have I mentioned how much I have smart ass people?

     

                    “I’m not explaining this again.” I tell her. She’s already heard what happened, and considering I just talked to Aiden about it I’m not really in the mood for another chat.

    2. It’s understandable that Spencer’s pissed, I probably would be too. But you can only stay mad at the one you love for so long until you finally come around. Hopefully Ashley has a good explanation. Great update. pms

    4. Hi! I’ve had just had the pleasure of reading your story. It’s taken hours…how many I couldn’t tell you, I’ve been that absorbed. So start to finish…what can I say? Well right now I’m all tense from the drama…honestly these two are real drama queens but I can’t help but love them both *sigh* we all know the best Spashley comes with angst! Hmmmm, I really do think Spencer needs to give Ashley a chance to explain…god knows what’s happened in 4 years..right? Oh and can I just ask what’s with Madison? I love the character but…hmm…not sure but she seems a little too taken with Spashley to be 100% straight? Could just be me but….?? I will be reading the next update as soon as it’s posted and you’ve def gained a new fan!!
