    Author Notes:

    Going to Court

    Aiden: “Yeah I was leaving the gym after practice and I saw Spencer waiting at the bus stop, so I went over and ask her what the problem was.”

     

    A Lawyer: “And what did she say?”

     

    Aiden: “That she was waiting for the bus.”

     

    A Lawyer: “And what happen after?”

     

    Aiden: “I offered her a ride home and she accepted”

     

    A Lawyer: “And what happened in the car?”

     

    Aiden: “We started talking and I asked her how things were going with her girlfriend Ashley, and she said that they were fine, but sometimes she thinks that she made the wrong decision by braking up with me.” At this Spencer gripped Ashley’s hand even tighter and tears started to fall from her eye.  Ashley gritted her teeth looking as Aiden lied on the stand.

     

    A lawyer: “And what did she mean by that?”

     

    Aiden: “Well Spencer and I were dating and we had broken up and she started to date Ashley.”

     

    A Lawyer: “Oh I see, ok so what happen next?”

     

    Aiden: “Ok I asked her what she meant by that and she started to run her hand up my thigh and said that she needed to feel how it felt to be with a guy before she knew that Ashley was right for her, I tried to talk her out of it saying that it was fair to Ashley but she insisted.  So went to an empty lot nearby and we had sex.”  Aiden said it so causal and with an evil smirk on his face.  All through this Ashley held Spencer close as tears fell from her eyes.

     

    A lawyer: “and what happen after.”

     

    Aiden: “She said that she got all the proof that she needed, thank me for my help and got out of the car with her things and then walked home.”

     

    A lawyer: “No further questions.”

     

    It was now Spencer’s lawyers turn to question Aiden.

     

    S lawyer: “Mr. Dennison, you said that you and Ms. Carlin dated am I right?”

     

    Aiden: “yes.”

     

    S lawyer: “for about how long?”

     

    Aiden: “About six months.”

     

    S lawyer: “And within those six months did you fall in love with Ms. Carlin.”

    1. well i just caught up on the chapter i missed before. sorry it took me so long ive ben sick latley so havnt ben on but anyways….i love this story and how your going but you need to work on your grammer big time cuz my head was hurting thru the mistakes lol but it was still great keep up the good work ben way to long. pms please!!
