    Going to Court

     

    Spencer:  “We dated for a while.”

     

    S Lawyer: “I see, so which one of you broke the relationship?”

     

    Spencer: “I did”

     

    S Lawyer: “Did you see or talk to Aiden after you two broke up?”

     

    Spencer: “ No I  called him a bunch of times and he didn’t pick up, I even went over to his house to talk or see how he was doing but his parents said that he was never home, and I figure that he must have been avoiding me after the break up.”

     

    S lawyer: “When exactly did you see him again?”

     

    Spencer: “I was the first day at school um I was by my locker and came up and talk to me.”

     

    S lawyer: “What did you guys talk about.”

     

    Spencer: “I asked him how he felt how things happened between us and if he was ok now that I was with my girlfriend Ashley, and then he said that he was fine with it and as long I was happy he was happy for me.”

     

    S lawyer: “And how did hearing this make you feel?”

     

    Spencer: “honestly surprised.”

     

    S lawyer: “Why is that?”

     

    Spencer: “Because that wasn’t the Aiden I knew, the Aiden I knew would never had acted all clam after losing a girl especially to another girl.”

     

    S Layer: “so you didn’t believe him?”  Her lawyer asked.

     

    Spencer: “At first no, then after talking to my girlfriend I found out that he also had a similar conversation with her it made him sound sincere.”  Spencer paused and then sighed before answering “along with the fact that I’m a firm believer that people can change, but I guess in this instance I was wrong.”  Spencer tire to keep her eyes on Ashley the entire she was talking so not to get nervous.

     

    S lawyer: “What happen the day of September 15th?”

     

    Spencer: “Um after cheerleading practice that day I didn’t really have a ride home so I went to the bus stop to wait for the bus.”  Spencer paused for the moment and took a deep breath before continuing.  “A few minutes after I arrived at the bus stop  Aiden came over and asked me what I was doing there and I told  him that I was waiting for the bus.  That’s when he offered to take me home.”  She took another deep breath then continued.   “I then noticed that he was going in the wrong direction and I asked him where he was going and he said that he just wanted us to talk as friends.  He um then the car and asked me how were going with me and Ashley and I told that they were great that I really love her and that she loved me.  And then…..and then um he told that I didn’t know what I want that I still wanted him and that he was still waiting for the day for me to come back to him.  After he said this he tried to kiss me and I shoved him off and told him that I loved my girlfriend and he had to accept that things between me and him were over.  That’s when he forced himself on me saying that he going to make real how a real man felt and I was going to like it and beg him for more and then he raped me.”  By the end of her testimony, Spencer was in tears.  The judge had to order a 15 minutes recess so that she could have gotten herself together. Spencer took the stand again this time in front if Aiden’s lawyer.

    1. well i just caught up on the chapter i missed before. sorry it took me so long ive ben sick latley so havnt ben on but anyways….i love this story and how your going but you need to work on your grammer big time cuz my head was hurting thru the mistakes lol but it was still great keep up the good work ben way to long. pms please!!
