    Tina meets Kit and guess who else????

    Bettes phone startet ringing. Bette put Charlot down and went into the guestroom to answer it.

     

    Bette: “Hallo”

     

    Kit: “Hey, baby sis……..how are you?………you didnt return my call…….are you ok?”

     

    Bette: “Yes, Im fine Kit……..and you dont have to worry about me…….what are you doing for lunch tomorrow?”

     

    Kit: “A lot of work……..since youre not here to help out………why dont you quit you job and come work here……..this is where you are meant to be sis……you know that”

     

    Bette: “Ok………why dont I come by tomorrow with lunch and help you out…….and Kit, Im bringing someone, I want you to meet ok”

     

    Kit: “This sound serious………shall we say at 1 oclock”

     

    Bette: “Perfect……….Kit, what about daddy”

     

    Kit: “Hes not here this week, so you are safe. See you tomorrow. Bye sis”

     

    Bette: “Bye Kit”

    Chapter 19

     

    Bette just stood there in the guestroom. Smiling at herself, feeling good about herself after talking to Kit. She was looking forward to seeing Kit tomorrow and she had to talk Tina in to going out for lunch with her.

     

    While Bette was in her own thoughts, Tina came looking for Bette. She found Bette looking out the window, with a smile on her face. She walked up behind Bette, rapped her left arm around Bettes waist, leaning in and kissing Bette on her neck.

     

    Tina: “Hey babe……what is on your mind?”

     

    Bette: (smiling) “You”

     

    Tina: “Anything in particula?”

     

    Bette: “Maybe…….but that can wait……..what are you doing for lunch tomorrow Tee?”

     

    Tina: “Why do you ask?”

     

    Bette: “I thought we might have lunch togther”

     

    Tina: “I was thinking about going in to work tomorrow morning for a few hours……just to find out, whats been going on the last month……I spoke with Oskar yesterday, to let him know, I was comming in”

     

    Bette: “Do you feel up to it Tee?……..I mean are you ready to go to work?”

     

    Tina: “I cant stay at home everyday Bette……..my life goes on……and yes I belive its time to start working part time, for now at least…….and I would love to have lunch with you tomorrow……where?”

     

    Bette: “I called Kit…….and told her we were comming over with lunch for her…….I hope you dont mind………I want you to meet my sister, Tina………Its at the gallery…….I promised Kit, I would help her out”
