    Bette finally wakes up and speaks to Kit…Tina thinks they are taking Bette home with them, or she is?

    Bettefinally opens her eyes. She had heard everything Tina said but couldnt believe it was coming out of the same woman who despised her so much just months ago. Bette and Tina just looked at each other with tears slowly flowing out of their eyes. They felt so much pain but at the same time, so much joy that they were in front of each other.

    Tina was the first to speak. She breaks a smile. Hey sleepy head. How are you feeling? She grabs Bettes hand and instinctively takes it towards her chest and then down to the top of her belly.

    HiYoure a sight for sour eyes. She looks down at Tinas stomach and is surprised how big she has gotten. I see your baby has gotten bigger

    Tina surprised by Bettes reality so she corrects her, Our baby, Betteyours and mine. She has grown so much since you last saw her!

    Bette looks at Tina still confused and dazed. She doesnt quite know where she is. What is Tina doing her? How did she find out where I was? Wheres R-Leen and Lexa? The same questions running through her head over and over again.

    Tina seeing the confusion in Bettes eyes answer her questions with hearing Bette ask them. Betteyour friend Lexa called Kit and let us know what happened. Kit is sleeping on the cot by the window. Do you want me to wake her up now? Shes been up all night waiting for you to wake up.

    No, let her sleep. Im not going anywhere. Ill still be here when she wakes up. Bette says trying to be funny. She tried to smile but her eyes were still pretty tired and sleep was just a moment away. She wanted to stay wake as long as possible just in case she was dreaming. This might be the only way I will see Tina smiling back at me. Maybe I am just dreaming. Bette thinks to herself.

    Tina rubs Bettes hand and starts to confess her fears. Bette, I am so glad you are finally awake. You really had us worriedI was terrified. I couldnt stand the thought of not seeing you or talking to you again. I couldnt live with the rest of my life knowing the last memory of us being together was you were walking out of our house. I know we have of things to talk about and work out but at least we have a chance now. Promise me youll give meus a chance to talk later on.

    2. I like the strength of Kit & Bette’s relationship. It will be interesting to see how Bette responds to Tina finally wanting to include her in her & the baby’s lives. I wonder if R-Leen will make a new appearance. Can’t wait for the next post.

    15. Beauty – two chapters in one morning, and the day is still young! I like that you’re paying so much attention to Kit, who is used too sparingly on TLW, IMHO. I’m eager to hear the conversation between Kit and Lexa, if Lexa’s willing to share what she knows at the risk of losing Bette’s friendship. And way too funny about Tina taking up more space. Bwah! Ya know, as much as I appreciate the steady flow of chapters, make sure you take the time you need. I and the rest of the hyenas can wait!

Yes I was so scared for Bette, but I think she should stay in Florida it seems good for her and Tina thinks she just gonna come crawling back just because she admits shes still in love with Bette, Tina got another thing coming…I do think its gonna be hard to co parent but she should definitely stay please come back and update
