“I love you too Ash.” I smile just as big. Her brown eyes gaze at me and I feel my heart swell with love for her. I caress her cheek with one hand and hold her closely with the other.

But then suddenly she’s not in front of me anymore and she’s standing in front of HIM.

“I love you Aiden.”Ash says in a dreamy voice. Aiden appears standing by her side and the look she just gave me only moments ago is now the one she’s giving him. He looks at me for a second with a smug expression. As if he’s telling me he has her heart and not I.

“Ash?” I look at her but she doesn’t look at me only at him her gaze never leaving his face. I go up to her and grab her shoulders shaking her but she acts if I don’t even exist.

“Spencer.” Aiden says.

“She’s made her choice , and you’re not it.” He says this smiling.

“You can’t have her.” I yell at him. His smile only grows big at the words I have spoken.

“ I already have her, you were just too blind to notice.” He says in a self satisfied tone.

Suddenly they’re both gone and I’m standing alone. I double over and fall to the ground sobbing yelling for Ashley. I feel a hand touch my shoulder. I look up and see the most unexpected person.

“Madison….” My eyes widen.

“What are you doing here?” I say my voice cracking as I speak.

“I’m here because you need me to be here.” She says.

“What? No I don’t need or want you here.” She simply looks at me with a calm expression.
