    I saw across from you the whole time, wanting to keep my eyes on you, but at the same time, not wanting to look at you. The past three years have done so much, and at the same time so little. I thought that being away from you would change at least a little bit of what I felt. My heart longs for you Alice, that’s why I came back, because I actually felt your heart long for me too. I remember sitting at the window and watching couples, old and young walk by, and every time, I could easily see us doing that. I could see me holding your hand in my pocket just to keep your hand warm, I could see us laughing down the street, then a few years later, maybe walking down the street to the park with a baby. But the one vision that tells me you are the only one for me Al, I could see me holding onto you old and wrinkled, as we walk towards nowhere, because we know for a fact, we’re in the right place as long as we’re together.

    Each time I saw that, I wished you were here with me to see it, to imagine our life together. You used to tell me those things, wanting to get married, wanting to have kids, wanting to grow old with someone, and then that one day, you told me I was the only one you could see doing that with. I wish I could go back to that day Al, I wish I would have swept you off your feet and carried you through all of those images. I never forgot Al, how could I forget my one goal in life. I live because you live, and now that I’m here looking into your eyes, I realize, I don’t want to dream anymore, I want it to be my life, you were always my life Alice, and I want you to know it.

    The whole time at the Planet, Dana was bombarded with questions about New York. Everyone asking about her tennis, her work, celebrities, and each friend being extra careful to not ask about her love life, because they all knew it was non-existent unless it was with Alice. Dana noticed Alice’s quietness, it was always obvious when Alice was quiet because she never was too often.

    2. that was great! Really enjoy the way you capture them both – any chance you might finish the story where Alice is pregnant? Think she and Dana are having a baby boy – sorry can’t remember the title.

    4. hey yeah im definitely trying to get back into the mode for that story cause i loved writing it…i actually have some of it written but im tryin to find the right words to finish it…so hopefully sometime this week or next week…thanks for reading guys i really appreciate it and i’ll do my best to get you all the storiespeaceanne
