Next morning
Bette and Tina were back at the ship and ready for their trip to Earth. Both were silent with anticipation and trepediation. Bette wonder how Tina’s parents would respond to her. She worried that this might be a life altering event for Tina if her conclusion was correct. Tina worried about how her parents might respond to the fact that she was gay and pregnant.
When they reached close enough to beam to Earth both of their nerves began to get the better of them. They held eachother’s hand and breathed deeply as if on cue.
Bette: Tee you’re making me nervous
Tina: What? Why are you nervous?
Bette had to be honest
Bette: Well… the last time I was on Earth…there was…
Tina: Bette babe look at me.
Bette obeyed Tina
Tina: Listen I know you still might have doubts about rather or not I want this baby or us but believe me when I tell you, I love you and want us to be a family.
Bette started ringing her hands and pacing.
Bette: But Tina you said yourself we barely know eachother. I mean what if all of this is too much for you. Tina I can’t lose you.
Bette began to cry
Tina grabbed Bette by the neck and kiss her lips and hugged her as tight as she could.
Tina: Listen you big baby.
They both laughed at that comment.
Tina: I going to allow you this mini breakdown because when we get to my parents’ house I just might have a major breakdown of my own.
Tina did her best impersonation of Desi: Now come on Lucy pull it together.
Bette looked at Tina puzzled.
Tina: Oh never mind. Just know that I love you and I’m not going anywhere. Okay.
Bette looked up at Tina through shed tears: Okay.
On Earth
Tina sees Alice sitting alone at the Planet typing something on her laptop.
“Well hello stranger,” Tina tries to sound casual.
Alice: Oh my God TK you scared the shit out of me! Oh my God TK it’s you? Where did you come from? What’s going on? Oh my God you’re showing. Did she hurt you?

I missed this story, its been awhile. Alice is a piece of work. I hope she doesn’t give Bette a hard time, and Bette turns Alice into a mouse. LOL. PPS

OMG, I know Alice will be such an idiot when she sees Bette. And God forbid that she calls Tinas baby a “thing” in front of Bette. If she isn’t careful she might just become a thing herself. Bette has a rather short fuse regarding Tina and the baby. Alice had better tread carefully. Can hardly wait for the next post. Thanks for posting. PPS
