Bette had already left, she had to leave early because she had to go home to get ready for work. Tina wanted to talk to Alice about the CD she gave her yesterday.

Alice: (Walking into the kitchen where Tina was making coffee)Good God, dont you people ever sleep in?

Tina: (Swatting Alice on the arm before walking out of the kitchen)Oh stop it grouch.

Alice: (Quickly following behind Tina)Sooo, care to give details or do I have to ask?

Tina: What are you talking about?

Alice: You know damn good and well what Im talking about!

Tina: What? I just needed to have her here with me last night.

Alice: Did you listen to the CD?

Tina: (Looking down and remembering the effect the CD had on her)Yeah, I didAl, why did you want me to listen to it?

Alice: I wanted you to knowto feel what she felt. You may not believe m, but she felt your pain.

Tina: It talked about losing someone and not being able to move on. It questioned what caused it all to happen.

Tina is sitting at the pier on their bench just staring out onto the water.

What can I say to express my love and sincerity that I havent already said? You make me wholecomplete. Your mere presence awakens all my senses. I dont even have to know youre there to feel you with me.

Tina: (Thoughts were interrupted by the phone ringing)Hey babe, I was just thinking about you.

Tina: Im running some errands.

Tina: Hows your day going?

Tina: I cant tonight, Alice is doing her beer and pizza night with the girls.

Ok Kennard thinkfeel Tina put her headphones on to listen to songs that were their favorite or reminded her of Bette, trying to get in her zone so she could write her vows. I want you to know how much I love you Bette Porter. Tina began writing how she felt and was soon in her zone. She stopped writing when the song At Last by Etta James came on. She listened intently as tears fell down her face. With you my lonely days are gone. Once the song stopped, she gathered her things and decided she had accomplished exactly what she wanted.


Tina came walking through the front door of the apartment, it was 5:45 and Shane had already arrived.

Alice: (Sarcastically)I thought maybe you forgot about this meeting you had me arrange.

Tina: I didnt forget! Hey Shane, glad you could make it.

Shane: Hey Tina, whats this meeting about?

Tina: Didnt Alice tell you?

Shane: I didnt exactly talk to Alice; she left me a messagesomething about finalizing our plans.

Tina: No, not when I explained everything. They figured I worked enough during our separation time to make up for it.

Theres a knock at the door.

Tina: I made some changes that I wanted to run by you guys.

Alice: She should be here any minuteshe never called to say she couldnt make it.

While Dana shot Alice a look Tina went to get her purse.

Tina: Ok, I decided on some changes and wanted your opinion and feedback.

Tina: (Now sitting down)Ok, everyone knows where this will take place but we never nailed down a time. With Kits gig starting around 9/9:30, Im thinking 7:00 so that Bette wont be suspicious.

Tina: Instead of Kit walking Bette down the aisle, I thought I would do it. Since well be walking up together anyway. Everyone can be in their spots when we arrive.

Shane: Sounds good so far.

Tina: As far as setting the ambiance, I would like (Interrupted by a knock at the door).

Alice: (Running to the door)Ill get itkeep going.

Tina: Alice, the money is on the table.

Tina: (Continuing her thought)I would like to have

Alice: (Yelling whos at the door)Bette! What are you doing here?

Bette: Tina said it was girls night with pizza and beer, I thought Id join you.

Tina: (Jumping up to greet Bette but shocked at her arrival and timing)Hey babeI didnt think youd be interested in coming.

Bette: Anywhere you are I want to be.

Tina: (Giving Bette a hug)I missed you today.

While Tina detained Bette, both Dana and Shane gathered the notes and any other evidence from their discussion.

Bette: (Turning back towards Alice)So, is the food here yet?

Alice: No, I thought you were the pizza guy.

Bette: (Chuckling)Sorry to disappoint you!

Alice: Funny Porter, very funny!

Bette: So, what are you guys doing?

Dana: (Jumping up like she was just caught with her hand in the cookie jar)Nothing! We were doing nothing.

Shane and Kit grabbed her arms and pulled her back down on the couch.

Bette: Dont you want to wait until after the pizza arrives?

Tina: (Whispering in Bettes ear)Id rather have you but if youd rather

Bette: (Quickly)No! Youre right, take out Thai sounds better anyway.

Tina: Ill be right back.

Tina glanced at Alice and gave her a look that said follow me now!

Alice: Im going to use the restroom.

Shane: (Giving Alice a strange look)Thanks for the update Al.

Tina got Alice alone in the bedroom so she could explain the plan then Alice could pass the information to the girls.

Tina: (Grabbing Alice by the shoulder)Ive got to stop having these close calls or Im going to lose it.

Alice: (Trying to whisper)I cant believe she showed up here!

Tina: Listen Al, here is the list I was going to go over with you guys. Please fill the girls in, Ive gotta get Bette out of here before one of us lets something slip.

Alice: Sure Tina, Ill call you tomorrow.

Tina came out of the bedroom and Alice soon followed.

Tina: (Walking over to Bette)Ready?

Bette: Whenever you are?

Tina: Ok, lets go. Bye guys? Dont have too much fun without me.

Alice: I could say the same thing!

Bette turned around and gave Alice a look.

Alice: What? You know Im only joking. You two kids have fun.

Bette and Tina left the apartment.
