She knew at that moment that she indeed had a taste of perfection and she could look for thousand lifetimes and no one would ever compare.
She reached in her purse for her cell and called Dana again.
“Thank god Dana…are you with Alice…good….can you give me Bette’s number….thanks…. Bye….I’ll tell you later…..Bye….. got to go”
She hung up and dialled Bette.
Please answer….please answer.
Chapter 7
“Hello”
“Hi…sorry…did I wake you”
“No…this girl I know promised to call me back over 4 hours ago….so I was just waiting”
“Well I hope she is worth the wait”
“That all depends what she has to say when she does call”
“I think she should apologise first for taking so long to return your call”
“I agree and I would of course accept that apology on the condition that she has dinner with me tomorrow night”
“If your asking my opinion I am sure she would accept that invitation as I have a feeling she really wants to discuss something with you”
“So in your opinion do you think 8.00 at the Planet would be acceptable”
“Oh I’m sure that would be very acceptable”
“Then I would consider her very much worth the wait”
Tina was grinning from ear to ear when she saw Scott approaching.
“Till tomorrow……sleep well…” She closed her cell.
“Hi…my work here is done and I am ready to escort you home”
“No slip ups then….you didn’t mention the director doing the female star”, Tina joked.
“No…it was difficult but I managed to contain myself…that is until now”
Tina chose to ignore that remark
“Come on lets get out of here”
Once in the limo Tina only had one thought and that was sleep, the lack of which was finally catching up with her.
The rest of the journey passed in relative silence in no time they where outside Tina’s apartment block.
“Tina before you leave can I just say that I really enjoyed spending time with you this evening”
“You did?……and here I was about to apologize and suggest you would have had a better time with Helena”
Scott gave a little shudder as Tina opened the limo door and was ready to say her goodbyes.
“Tina wait…..Would you care to have dinner with me…..maybe…..sometime….in the not too distant future”

Hey Skimmer, glad you are re-posting this story. I loved it then and still love it now! Just to not, one of your early chapters (page 4-8 I think) was a repeat instead of the next chapter so there is a bit of a skip. Hugs…keep up the great work!
