Friday Night out with the girls.

Tina, Dana, Alice and Shane decided it was a good night to check out Shebar. The bar was fairly busy but they managed to find a table located in the center of the bar, close to the dance floor and close to the bar.

"Alice, do you know if Bette is coming out tonight?" Tina asked

"She said she would meet up with everybody but lately, with Bette who knows."

"Well does she know where we are?"

"Ya, no worries, I called her myself, Tina." Shane interjected.

"Hey Tina, what’s with all the questions about Bette? Afraid of a little competition with the ladies?"

"No Alice, not at all! Besides I was planning on calling it early tonight, it has been one heck of a week!"

"Whoa, I was just kidding with you! Speak of the devil there she is walking in now. Bette over here!"

Tina looked up to see the object of her desire walking in. Bette sashayed over to the ladies, her eyes on Tina the whole time, wearing her trade mark sparkling smile and sliding in next to Tina.

"Hey Tina, how have you been? Haven’t seen you in awhile." said with a smirk.

Tina was trying to hide her grin as she responded, "I’ve been good Bette, how about you?"

"Good, but busy."

Alice was feeling left out, "Hey, remember me? You know your best friend!"

"I could never forget you Alice, believe me I’ve tried!" everybody got a chuckle out that.

"Just for that you are buying the next round! There’s a waitress, get her attention!"

Bette ordered a round for the table. Meanwhile Tina was trying not to think about the fact that Bette’s leg was brushing up against hers, coursing a slight tingle through her body.

"How about a toast to my friends. To all of you, I can only hope you will find the love of your lives someday like Dana and I share."

"Ah Alice, that is not getting you out of it. Nice try though."

"Come on Dana, I said I was sorry! I had a story to write, it is not my fault that Gabby was the one with the information."
