    shane has a run-in..jenny and carmen talk..and carmen wants mark to get rid of maria

    Shane was walking down the street to go to a job. She walks into a building and meets up with an AD.

    Hi, you must be Shane. Im Jessica. She stuck her hand out, and Shane shook it. So who sent me the job?

    Veronica Bloom. Shane stopped.

    I cant do this.

    Whats wrong? She asked specifically for you.

    Umm..long story, but uhh, can you tell her that I cant make it.

    Yeah, sure. Shane turned back around and walked out the door. She started to walk back home, but she didnt know that she was being followed.

    Jenny and Carmen were sitting on the couch, watching TV. Carmen got up and stretched.

    Want something to drink?

    Ummmwaters fine. Carmen walked into the kitchen and got a glass of water and herself a beer. She walked back into the living room and sat back down. She handed Jenny her glass of water.

    Welcome. So wheres Mark nowadays?

    Hes been shacked up in his studio with Maria.

    Oh, I dont know, but I have a feeling my sisters up to something.

    I wouldnt doubt it. The way Shane treated her, she was heartbroken. Jenny said. Just like me. Carmen turned to Jenny and looked at her.

    Jenny, Im sorry. You knew we werent going to be together forever. I still want to be your friend. Jenny looked at Carmen and moved her hair out of her face. She leaned over and kissed her. Carmen didnt want to kiss her, but fell for it. Carmen cupped Jennys face in her hands. Before they went any farther, the door flung open. A bent over Shane, with her hands on her knees. Out of breath, she stood up and her lip was cut.

    Oh my god, what happened to you? Carmen got up and walked over to her girlfriend. She looked at Shane and noticed the rip in her shirt, cut lip and her hands had some cuts.

    Your sister tried to run me down with her car. She said panting.

    Carmens eyes got big and looked at Shane. Are you serious?

    Yeah, Im serious. Carmen grabbed Shanes hand and walked her over to the couch. Jenny moved over, and Shane sat down.

    Come on, lay down. Jenny patted her lap. Shane laid her head on Jennys lap and laid across the couch. Carmen came back with a wet towel and gave it to Jenny. She gently touched Shanes cut lip. Carmen came back with a bag of ice. She walked over to Shane and gave her the bag. Shane sat the bag on her hands. Carmen sat down on the floor in front of Shane.

    God, I picked a nut. Shane started to laugh, but groaned in pain.

    I dont know why she would go so far with this.

    Ill tell you why. She wanted to be with me, and I chose to be with you. But I never really gave her a real question. I just told her it was all in my head. Shane grunted when she moved.

    Stay still. Dont put yourself in more pain. Just relax. Jenny said. The girls heard footsteps and saw Mark. Carmen got up and walked over to Mark.

    We need to talk. Mark saw Shane all banged up. What happened to Shane? Carmen grabbed Marks arm and pulled him into the kitchen.

    Stop seeing my sister. Get rid of her.

    Why? What happened to Shane?

    My so-called loving sister almost killed Shane. She tried to run her down with her car. Mark leaned against the counter and looked at Carmen.

    She wouldnt do that., would she?

    My sister is capable of anything. Just let her go, please?

    Alright, ok, Ill do it. Carmen kissed his cheek and walked out of the kitchen. Mark walked out the back door and back into his studio.

    Shane woke up on the couch and started to look around. She sat up with a pounding headache.
    Youre awake. Carmen said from the kitchen. She walked in with Bette.

    Hey, I heard what happened. You alright?

    Yeah, I just have a pounding headache.

    You should get her ***** arrested and put in jail. Carmen cut her eyes at Bette. Sorry Carmen.

    What did I do to deserve this? Shane put her head in her hands, and Carmen came over to her and rubbed her back.

    Everythings going to be fine. Dont worry about it, alright?

    Alright, Im gonna go get some fresh air. Shane got up off the couch and went through the back door. She needed to find Mark. She went over by his studio and looked through his window. She saw his bare back and legs wrapped around him. Shane saw Maria, her body began to boil. Maria looked at Shane and smiled. Shane looked down and walked away.
