    Chapter 1: Two days after the kiss

    Two days after the kiss

     

    Bette walks down Hollywood blvd, with her hair blowing freely in the wind. The draft was lovely, filled with a west coast summer mix that made the day gratifying. Tina was active, taking Angelica shopping down at the plaza. She arranged to meet Bette later, and from there they would have a have a discussion about moving back in together. She was ready for the move, but was a little apprehensive about how the setting would be, and whether it would be different, being that they have both been with different people. She was a little self conscience a bit, being that she and Tina haven’t slept together in over a year. So things were a bit diverse and Bette hoped they could deal with the situation at hand, and come up with a way to surmount their fears together.

     

    The brunette enters the planet with her tinted lenses on. She’s clothed in a pair of cream-colored jeans, with a white tank, and some black heels to match her black Armani bag. She spots the girls sitting at a table near the patio. So she walks over, slipping off her shades and walks up behind Alice and Shane.

     

    “Good afternoon, everyone,” Bette says, hugging Alice and Shane. She finds a seat and joins them at the table. From her point of view, Alice seems disheartened about something. And when she scans the table for Tasha, that’s when it hit her. The girl must have gone back to IRAQ already and could be the reason why Alice was so down and stunned.

     

    “Hey, Bette!” Alice and Shane say.

     

    Kit spots Bette from the counter and taps Papi on the shoulder. “Hey, girl,” Kit says to Papi. “What is she doing here?” Kit asked Papi.

     

    Papi shrugs her shoulders and replies, “You’re right. I thought she was supposed to be in NY. Wasn’t she supposed to have left two days ago?”

     

    “Yup, that makes me wonder, where the hell has she been hiding?” Kit asked out loud, wondering what her sister has been up to. She wasn’t the type to take cover, but then again, Bette was jam-packed of surprises. The last she’d seen of her sister was the night of the dinner party. And we all remember that episode for damn sure.

    12. Yep this is the way that it should have been instead of Bette flying across the country for Jodie. Tina finally came to her senses and well maybe it was Bette that came to her senses. Whatever they belong together.
