-Hey Bette?(Waiting for an answer)Are you ok?There are people out here who still want to talk to you!

Bette: F***!!! I forgot!!!

Tina: Its okget out there and strut your stuff

Bette: Can you come with me? Now that I think of .cut off

-Bette? Are you sure you are ok?

Bette: Yes Eric, Im fineIll be out in a minute.

Eric: One minute! (Pointing at his watch, as if Bette could see him)

Bette: I was going to say thatummm I kind of forgot to tell the others about us

Tina: (Trying to be patient and not get upset) Its ok. I guess we can tell them together.Everything is going to be fine.(Grabbing her hands) I want you to know that whatever happens I am still here by your side.and if those people cant except who you are thenf*** them.remember you are Bette Porter and no one can mess with herok?

Bette: How did I get so lucky? (She gave her a hug) Thank you!!!

*Knock, knock, knock*

Tina: (Annoyed by the knocking) And thats Eric?

Bette: Yeah!

Tina: Very impatient man!

Bette: They all are!

They both quickly fixed themselves up and opened the door. They found a very shocked Eric once he saw how they came walking out holding hands he began to think that he was dreaming. What the f*** is this? Bette knew what he was thinking just by the look on his face. Eric casually turned and walked away very upset. I was dumped for a woman! Bette caught up to him.

(While all of this was happening there was a woman standing in the back who noticed Tina (Who wouldn’t) she was going to speak to her but she just stood back and watched everything unfold.)

Bette: Eric wait! (They were standing outside the gallery near the front entrance.)
Eric: (Turned around to look at Bette) I dont want to hear it ok?

Bette: Eric please listen to mehear me outplease?

Eric just stopped but he didnt turn around.

Bette: Im sorryI didnt have any intentions of hurting youbut I told you that I wasnt in love with you, but I love you only as a friend. You were the only one out of all the guys that I dated who cared for me when I was sick or when I was having a bad day, but I noticed along the way that you were just being a friend who would invite me to hang out with the guys or just watch a movieI dont want to lose my best friend.

Eric: (Slowly turned around to look at Bette) so your with her now?

Bette: Yes, I amI was so caught up in my work for the show that I forgot to tell you, but not just you other people as well. You know how I get when Im in that working mode. Nothing really matters until the work is done, right? (Trying to get a smile out of him)

Eric: (With a smile) Yeah, remember when we first met you stood me up when I was going to surprise you with dinner? I just sat in my apartment feeling rejected. (With a small giggle) You always knew how to make up for things though *wink* The infamous Bette Porter charm!

Bette: Dont even go there!

Eric: ok,ok!! Does she care for you?

Bette: Yes she does.

Eric: So what is it like being with her opposed to being with a man? *wink*

Bette: Laughing..I wouldnt know, Ive met with her a total of 7 days I think and I spoke with her on the phone mostly. ..She was gone for about a month shooting a movie, but she sent some flowers or a gift every day.. When I first saw her there was a strong connection between us that I have never felt with anyone before. I just knew that I wanted to be with her and she felt the same way.

Eric: Wow! Very intense! I just want you to be happyand Im sorry I kind of freaked out back there.

Bette: Thats okI guess I kind of expected that..so we cool than?

Eric: Yes, were coolso shall we go back in and join the party?

Bette: Lead the wayI want to introduce you to Tina
At that moment they both saw a limo drive up and they both knew who that was The One and Only Kit PorterShe stepped out of the car and yelled at the driver Yo Jake tell your wife I said Hi! then she closed the door.

Bette: Dont you pay your driver enough money to open the door for you?

Kit: (Just looked at her) Why should he waste his time right now to open the door for me while he should be at home with his wife and kids? Besides I couldnt wait to see my baby sista! (They both hug each other very tight) God I missed you!

Bette: I missed you too! I saw some of your concerts on tvyou looked mighty fine!

Kit: Well thanks baby sista (Finally noticing Eric and pulls him in for a hug) Hey Eric its nice to see you again.

Eric: Its good to see you too Kitand I would have to agree with Bette, you looked awesome.

Kit: Aww you guys are too muchbut I have a question?

Bette & Eric: What?

Kit: Is the party out here or in there?

Bette: Oh sorry we were just talkingcome on I want to introduce you to someone.

Kit: Ok but Im going to grab me drink first then Ill catch up with you in a minute.

Bette: OkLets go Eric.

Bette takes Erics arm and leads him back to Tina where she was patiently waiting.

Bette: Tina? I would like you to meet a friend of mine Eric. And Eric this is Tina.

Tina & Eric: (Both shook hands) Its nice to meet you.

Eric: I want to apologize for earlier

Tina: Oh no, its no problem at allIm pretty sure it was a shock for you.

Eric: Ummm yes it was.(He didnt know what else to say, but he was saved by Kit)

Kit found Bette

Kit: Hey Bettewho did you want to(She looked at Tina) Dont I know you from somewhere?

Tina: (She was shocked) Yeahumumpem.Yes Im Tina Kennard, we met at the coffee bar at the Seattle airport.

Kit: yeahyeah thats rightyou didnt know who I wascut off

Bette & Eric: You didnt know who she was?

Tina: No I didnt at first.but we talked a little bit more and it finally dawned on me!!

Bette: I cant believe you didnt know who my sister was? Thats ..cut off

Tina: Your sister?!!!

Bette: Well arent we a little slow this evening.

Tina: Cute Bette!!!

Bette: Well didnt you even think about it? Our last names are Porter.

Tina: You two are not the only ones who have that last name

Kit: Ok ladies save it for later..so Bette you wanted to introduce me to who exactly?

Bette: Well Kit, seeing that you two already know each other Ill introduce her againKit this is Tina Kennard my girlfriend

Kit: Oh so youre the one who has gotten my baby sister all hot and bothered.

Bette: Kit!!

Kit: Bette dont be embarrassed about itif I was ***** I wouldnt mind taking Ms. Tina back home with mebut since Im straighter than rulerIllll just leave that baby sista (Patting Tina on the shoulder) Mean while Im guessing you guys havent seen each other in a while Eric and I will let the two of you catch up. (The two of them left)

Tina: (She was so red from embarrassment) Ok

Bette: Im sorry to leave you again but I got to see some other clients quick so we can get out of here.

Tina: Okdont take too long

Bette left but the same woman was still watching Tina since she got here and she didnt have a chance to talk to her by herself and this was her only chance. She walked up behind Tina and tapped her on her shoulder.
