    Dana and her friends have a day out at the theme park, as does Alice and her best friend …

    Dana and her group had gone on several rides, so decided to go for a bite to eat. They went into a restaurant and sat in the middle. It was packed. After getting a burger and fries Dana sat and tucked in. Just as she was taking a final bite of her burger she looked towards the window and saw that girl again. She and her friend were looking at the menu. Great, when they came in Dana made the resolve to approach her and ask her out. What did she have to lose. Hopefully the other girl was not her partner!

    Dana watched intently, only to be disappointed that they turned and started to walk away. Dana got up and as quickly as she could tried to get through the hordes of people. She stepped out into the bright sunshine and put her hand up to protect her eyes. She had gone! Dana simply said fuck.

    Back with her friends Dana explained the two sightings of this girl. They all replied that it was obviously not meant to be. They tidied away their rubbish and decided to head towards the rollercoaster.

    Alice and Maria decided to wait for food seeing as their favourite restaurant was so busy. They started to head towards the rollercoaster. They got in line, and although the girl of her dreams was only a few groups ahead she didn’t notice her. Alice told Maria about the girl at the turnstiles. Maria said that there were thousands at the park and she probably never see her again. They waited and slowly moved forwards.

    Dana and the group got to the front of the queue. They could seat another 4 people so one would have to wait. After discussions Dana decided it would be her, she didn’t mind. She had other things on her mind at the moment, namely that hot girl.

    The girls all got on and waved back to Dana. The rollercoaster took off at great speed and Dana laughed at their high pitched screams! The second rollercoaster only took a few minutes before it pulled up. The people got off on the other side and Dana got on right at the front.

    Further back Alice and Maria got on the same one but still the two had not seen each other. They buckled in and suddenly with a shunt it set off at great speed. After just a few minutes the rollercoaster went into a tunnel in the main building when it came to an abrupt stop and the lights went out. Everyone started to question what had happened, it wasn’t meant to do this. Little did they know the park had experienced a power cut and this had temporarily halted the ride.

    1. chillipepper, you are spoiling us with two posts on this great day. Once again thank you. Very sweet! I love the cat and mouse set up before they finally ran into each other, literally. Love at first sight was most fantastic. Wishing you a wonderful vacation. p.s. I too will be away for a few weeks and apologize in advance if I won’t get to comment in time.

    3. What a sweet story!! How frustrating to see someone and keep missing them throughout the day. I like how each woman kept looking, but, still managed to have fun with their friends. What an odd coincidence that after missing each other in the park they meet in the tunnels of the rollercoaster. It will be a great story to tell the grandkids some day. Thanks, chillipepper!!
