Tina and Bette looked at each other across the dinner table and smiled. There was a tension between them that they hadnt felt for a long time, the kind that results from both knowing that later tonight they were going to discover, or in this case rediscover, all the secrets that only they knew about each other.
After Tinas talk with Kate she decided to give Bette a call to see how she was spending the day, knowing that her impatient streak was probably in full effect by now.

Bette had taken Tinas wish to be treated to dinner to heart and booked them into an expensive restaurant near to the hotel. She had chosen its location carefully as she knew that there was a bar nearby that had a dance floor and she fully intended to take Tina dancing before going back to the hotel. She had changed into the clothes that she wanted to wear, a black sheer blouse and black trousers, before Tina returned from work so that she could give Tina some space before leaving for the restaurant.
