Chapter 24.33
Tina sat in the audience listening to the petite Asian womans poem that complained about her familys psychotic attempts to stick to tradition. Alice sat down next to her and crossed her arms and legs. She couldnt help but notice Alice looked like she was going to cry.
Tina decided to let it be. When Alice was upset, she liked to wallow and fester in it, so she was more than happy to just let her be…since she had her own things on her mind.
Tina: Am I crazy? I actually thought Bette and Shane….I mean Shane is carefree, but would she actually sit next to me and hangout, whens shes ***** my wife?
The performance ended and the audience clapped enthusiastically. Alice and Tina sat starring at the stage, without acknowledging that the performance was over, until a man asked to leave their row.
The two women walked through the lobby and into the street in a sullen trance. They walked with their eyes on the pavement.
Tina: Who am I kidding? Shane tore an entire family apart…She made friends with the daughter, and became a business partner with the husband…and the woman still wants her back…what would stop her and Bette from…

Oh what a wicked web you weave my dear.. everyting is in shambles right now.. but I have a feeling that all will come back together. .I like your little twist to shake things up a bit… great post.. waiting for more
May be Bette could explain her relationship with Shane, so Tina ‘ll not feel upset and sad.
Very good chapter
Tina is thinking Bette and Shane Alice is thinking the same. You have the whole gang screwed up. Poor Tina. Hope she doesnt get up and leave or go out with someone else. Thanks
I can’t remember if I have comented before on this story but I love it. This has quickly become one of my favorite stories on this site. Keep it going.
criticize, not criticise. sorry.
Hey, there. I wasn’t criticising the last chapter at all; I was merely thinking out loud the significance of Bette and Shane’s closeness. I truly liked the chapter and wondered how that storyline will play out. Now, I see you’ve thrown another wrench in the mix. I sure hope Tina can be as quick with forgiveness as she seems to be with giving up.
Ok this is bad and Tina are misunderstand Bette and what Bette and Shane are doing on saturday to surprise her. Post soon, thank you!
