“Shane, are you sure we’re on the right path?” Alice asked

“Positive…we’re following the map…that should be the way…”

“It’s getting dark…we have to hurry up…I don’t like this forest…” Tasha said, looking around.

“It weird how quiet the forest is…no birds or any other animals…” Alice said…

“We kind of noticed that…when we were…um…looking for you…” Shane said, banding her head down…she tried to suppress the tears, but they were stronger than her…

“Shane…it’s ok to cry…it’s not a shame…we miss her too…I don’t know how I’ll say it to Tina…she’ll be devastate…” Alice caressed Shane’s back…suppressing her own tears.

“Now…be quiet…we’re near to the back yard gates…let’s wait here for awhile…and see what chance we have…” Tasha said, and three of them hide behind the near bushes….

“I have better idea…” Tina said, walking next to Riley …

“Hum…” Was all that Riley said….stepping back…

Tina knees down, taking Bette’s head in her hand. She made sure that Riley can’t hear what she’s saying…She brought Bette’s ear near to her mouth and whispered….

“Babe…can you hare me?”…Bette slightly nodded…she was bleeding from her shoulder. The wound wasn’t deadly, but if they lose more time she may die from losing too much blood…

“Are you alone?” Tina asked receiving another light nod for “no”

“Do you have the medallion?”…Bette nods again…Tina exhaled with relief…”Relax…it will hurt a little but then everything will be fine….” Tina whispered… than squeeze Bette’s shoulder making her writhe in pain saying out loud…

“Where are the others?” Bette didn’t answer, and Tina adds more pressure to her grip….”Speak, Elizabeth!”

“Never…” Bette whispered…Tina looked in her eyes, showing to her that she had to tell her where the girls are. Bette saw in her eyes love and concern, she was confused by the devilish pose, not knowing what to do…Tina leans forward, whispering in Bette’s ear…”Sorry…I have to do this…” Then slapped Bette across the face, cutting her lip…

“Shit…” Riley said in disbelieve…”I had to see it to believe it…”

“Listen Elizabeth, don’t make me hurt you more than you are already…tell me what I want to know and I may let you live…” Tina backed against her. The coldness in Tina’s voice made Bette cringe, she had never seen this side of Tina’s demeanor.
