Kit threw her jacket on the floor and left it there, she wasn’t in the greatest of moods after all of those asinine letters from Marina.  She was now in a fowl mood; her hips swung as she walked to the kitchen.  Marina had said a whole lot of nothing in those letters.  She thought to herself; flinging her shoes off, letting them skitter across the tile floor.

Marty walked in a few minutes behind her, he knelt and picked up the jacket, hanging it onto the hook behind the door.  He then went and picked up the shoes; putting them in their place also.  The air was so thick that he could cut it with a knife, he wasn’t going to suggest that though; she might use the knife for other intended purposes.

He watched Kit from the door, she was in the kitchen getting something to drink, the glass slapped the marble counter as she yanked the door of the fridge open.  The contents of the door rattled as she slammed it shut, her temper flaring, as well as her nostrils.  If she hadn’t been so mad, she would have been ***** as all *****.  Her blue eyes watched her as she moved around the room.

He decided to just not talk; at least until she was ready, she grabbed a bag of chips and went off to the living room, huffing to herself about something or another.  She snapped on the television and sat down, watching a B movie from the 70′s.

“Foxy Brown?”  He asked as he leaned over the couch watching the TV flicker, and she shot him a look that stopped him dead in his tracks.  Scratch the thought of leaning over for a kiss the thought to himself.

He whistled softly and retreated to the safety of the kitchen, he pulled out some bread and cheese from the fridge and found a non stick pan and slapped butter onto the bread.  Eyeing the butter knife, yup, dull not much damage she could do with it.  He contemplated going over to her, but then thought better of it.  How he wanted to hold her, but he was getting to know her and she was in no condition to have any unwanted human contact.

    1. Marina was Jennys rock. She was a little weird when Marina left the first time. Jenny is just Jenny, now we will learn about Lara. I know but I’m good girl and will not tell. Hey I’m good too. thanks bvh

    2. Well, Jenny is quite the character, already cheating on Marine, while she’s caring for her sick mother. Pff!Lara Perkins..is not Lara Perkins, then who the hell is she?
