    Chapter 3: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGELICA! And guess what happens when Bette’s breasts slip out from under her towel…”Mommy, what’s those things coming out your chest?” Crazy. Angelica goes wild again with her woman questions this time. Can Bette handle it? Maybe…Maybe not…

    “She still got it…,” Tina mumbled under her breath. Bette hurried up and put the baby down. She quickly grabbed her towel.

    “Mommy, what’s those things coming out your chest?”

    “They’re breasts. You’ll have some someday.”

    “Do they hurt?”

    “Of course not.”

    “Can I feel them?”

    “No…”

    “BETTE!”

    “Of course you can…” Angelica reached up and touched them. She massaged and stroked them lightly. Bette’s nipples hardened within seconds. Angelica jumped back.

    “What’s that eyeball looking thing called?”

    “I’ll explain it to you later…” Bette quickly closed her towel. Angelica noticed some hair down in between her legs.

    “Why do you have hair on your vagina?”

    “Why do you ask so many questions?” Bette was annoyed.

    “BETTE!”

    “Because, it comes with puberty baby.” Bette smiled trying to cover up her morning aggrevation.

    “What’s puberty?”

    “Ask your mother.”

    “I don’t want to. If I had wanted to I would of asked her already mommy. What’s puberty?”

    Bette sighed and said, “Puberty is the point in a girl’s life when she’s capable of reproducing sexually.”

    “What does that mean?”

    “It means you get hair under your arms, and down below on your vagina, and you also get breasts. Some girls have big ones and some have small ones. Oh, and it’s the point where some girls begin their period too.”

    “But can’t you get pregnant when you have a period?”

    “You sure can.”

    “Will I have nice sized breasts like you?”

    “No, you’ll probably have big ones like your mom.”

    “You think mommy has big breasts?”

    “I sure do…” Tina smiled from the kitchen as she listened to Bette talk to the baby. She was a bit wet between the legs…yes.

    “Hmm. So, how come you have hair down there, and momma T doesn’t?”

    “Because, momma T shaves hers off.”

    “With a razor?” Angelica frowned and covered her mouth.

    “Yes baby, but it doesn’t hurt. It only hurts if you cut yourself, and if you cut yourself that means that you don’t know what you’re doing, but accidents are known to happen.”

    “Oh. Wow, the female body is so interesting. Mommy, what’s that eyeball looking thing on your breasts called?”

    “I call them dots, and some other women may call them nipples.”

    “NIPPLES!…NIPPLES!…NIPPLES!” Angelica jumped around the room. “Yeah, that’s what they’re called.”

    14. I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. I hope that the doctor’s appointment went well. The Portard girls have got Bette wrapped around their fingers. I loved it when Bette fell out of bed and then all the questions about the female body. I laughed out loud about the eyes comment. This is such a cute story.
