Phoebe: Yes, I know I misbehaved and that I actually don’t deserve it, but please, it’s my dream to see her live.

Tina smiled at her girl and sat down next to the dark haired girl.

Tina: If I was the only one who had to decide, you could go but you know Mom B. She reacts differently. We will see, Okay baby?

Phoebe: Uhu.

At that moment Bette walked in, looking like she was going to explode. Phoebe was thinking ‘here goes nothing; I’m dead at the end of this evening.’

Phoebe: Hi, Mom.

Phoebe said with a small voice.

Bette: Hi.

Tina: Let’s sit down at the table.

Without a word Tina and Bette sat down on the left side of the table. Phoebe on the other side.

Bette: Can you explain what happened this afternoon?

Phoebe swallowed. She told the story (see previous chapter).

Phoebe: I swear we were only fooling around. Nothing serious.

Bette: What I heard sounded pretty serious. She had to ‘keep going’.

Phoebe: Mom, please. I’m telling you, we weren’t having sex.

Tina: Phoebe, be honest, would you have had sex if Bette hadn’t walked in?

Phoebe: Maybe, but not in the pool. I would have gone to my room.µ

Bette frowned.

Bette: Seriously?

Phoebe: Yes… but Mom, I still can see her, right.

Phoebe had a pleading look.

Tina: How long are you two dating?

Phoebe: Almost a half year.

Bette looked surprised. Tina just nodded.

Tina: And what is the girl’s name?

Phoebe: Dominique Smith, Do for short. She is also 17.

Tina: I think you can keep seeing her, right, Bette?

Bette was silent for a moment.

Bette: Okay, but, we need to make up a few rules.

Phoebe nodded.

Bette: For starters: No ‘fooling around’ or having sex in ‘public’ rooms. Only your own room.

Tina: And if we catch you, you are grounded for a month.

Phoebe: Okay. But uhm Mom B?

Bette: Yes?

Phoebe: Tomorrow P!nk is coming to The Planet and it’s my dream to see her live. So can I PLEASE go?

Bette looked at Tina.

Bette: What do you think, baby?

Tina: I think she can go. I have been young to, I know how it goes.

Bette smiled a small smile.

Bette: You can go… BUT… I want you to behave in the future.

Phoebe: I promise Mom. Are you two still angry?

Phoebe looked like she was 3 again, Bette and Tina’s heart melted.

Bette: No, I’m not.

Tina: Me neither.

Phoebe smiled and got up. She walked up to her moms and hugged them. Bette and Tina smiled.

Phoebe: Sorry.

Bette: It’s okay, baby.

Phoebe: I’m going to call…

She hesitated a bit.

Phoebe: Do.

She turned around and walked to her room. When she was out of the living room Bette sighed.

Bette: You know what I also found out?

Tina: What?

Bette: Helena is going to be grand-ma.

Tina looked shocked.

Tina: What?

Bette: Jung Ying is pregnant.

Tina: But she is what, 17?

Bette: She is but she got pregnant.

Tina: And she is going to keep it?

Bette: Yes, she is 2 moths along but she really wants to keep it.

Tina: Oh my god.

Bette: One little detail… it’s a triplet.

Tina: No fucking way?!

Bette: It is. It’s actually a twin and a single baby.  Helena and Dusty are angry but they are going to do everything necessary.

Tina: And the boyfriend.

Bette: He is going to stay with Jung Ying. He is 19 and is ‘working’ already. He is a ballet dancer. Can you believe it? He’s name is Ty Bolt.

Tina chuckled.

Tina: That is fucking insane. Ballet, seriously?

Bette chuckled to.

Bette: He is actually quite famous in the ballet world. He plays in 3 plays now.

Tina: A triplet. It’s a Peabody, that’s clear. Always drama out there. How is Peggy reacting?

Bette: She is disappointed but she will welcome her great-grandchildren.

Tina: I figured Jung Ying had more brains then letting herself get pregnant.

Bette: What I immediately thought of was Angelica. She won’t be so stupid to let herself get pregnant, right?

Tina: I hope not, but you never know, Bette.

Bette: I will kill her with my bare hands.

Tina: You love her too much to kill her.

Bette smiled.

Bette: I do.

Tina: Now let’s prepare some dinner, eh?

Bette: Let’s do that.

Tina kissed Bette and walked over to the kitchen
