“I would love that too.” Tina replies.
Later in the evening they are both getting ready for their night out. While Tina was in the shower, Bette called her favourite restaurant and reserved a table for them. She was going to make this evening special for Tina. She winced everytime she thought about being away from her for 4 months. But she relaxed a little when she thought 4 months ahead, how good it would be to hold her again and to know that nothing could seperate them again.
Bette is ready and is seated by the kitchen table, waiting for Tina. She’s wearing a black pant suit with a light pink shirt. Black 2 inch stiletto heals. Her hair hanging loosely aroundh er shoulders. Tina enters the kitchen 5 minutes later. She smiles as she approaches Bette.
“You look great.” Tina says.
“And you look absolutely fantastic.” Bette replies. Tina decided to wear a dress. A Black dress, reaching down to her calf. It’s armless with 2 inch straps over her shoulders. Her hair swept up tight, bringing forward her slender neck, that Bette loves so much. Bette takes Tina’s hands and pulls her close.
“You’re so beautiful.” Bette whispers as she leans in and places a soft kiss on Tina’s waiting lips.
“So are you babe. I love you.” Tina replies.
“I love you too. Come on, let’s get this party started.” She says and chuckles at her choice of words.
“Yeah, let’s.” Tina replies. She grabs a linnen jacket and walked out of the apartment, with Bette close behind.
“Where are we going?” Tina asks, taking a hold of Bette’s hand, twining their fingers.
“To your favorite restaurant.” Bette says and smiles.
“Really? We’re going to McDonalds? Aww thank you Bette. That’s very thoughtful of you.” Tina says and chuckles after a moments
“Ha ha, keeping that up and I will take you to McDonalds.” Bette says and raises her eyebrows at Tina.
“Okay, I’ll keep my mouth shut.” Tina replies and chuckles a little more.
Outside the apartment building there’s a cab waiting for them. Bette opens the door for Tina, helping her inside, and then joining Tina.
“Hvor skal dere damer?” The taxi driver asks. (where to, ladies?)
“Til San Lorenzo restaurant takk.” Bette says in Norwegian. (To San Lorenzo Restaurant please.)

wow sorry about the packing & cleaning…I understand about HATING IT!!! Hope your studies went well. This was a sad chappy….PPS
I am already feeling down because they will be seperated for 4 months. I can see maybe a couple of weeks but for 4 months that is a life time. Okay the first month Bette setting up her new apartment and then a new job while Tina is studying. Next couple of months busy with work and school and then the last month wishing it was over already.

HEy Lauren, It was such a pleasant surprise to have you back posting this fantastic fan fiction again. I love the simplicity of Bette and Tina’s relationship here. Yes, they have had many obstacles to challenge they and have risen to each one and overcoming them in their stride. The time apart is worrying both gals but I am sure their relationship will survuve as they are committed to spending as much time as possible together. Please continue this pleasurable adventure.
