The movie is finished and Tina has fallen asleep. Bette smiles and softly, she eases out the couch and then lifts Tina into her arms, Tina stirs.
“The movie finished?” She asks, with her eyes closed.
“Yes, baby.” Bette replies and walks into the bedroom and lay Tina down on the bed. She then helps Tina remove her clothes. And then cover her before she walks into the bathroom to brush her teeth. Minutes later she’s in bed, spooning close to Tina. She put her arms around her and then falls asleep.
The next morning both wake up at the same time.
“Morning babe.” Tina says and smiles as she snuggles closer to Bette’s chest.
“Morning to you too.” Bette replies and kisses Tina on the forehead. “Did you sleep well?” Bette asks.
“I did. I always sleep well when I lay next to you.” Tina replies.
“Good.” Bette whispers.
“We should get out of bed.” Tina says.
“Yeah, we probably should.” Bette says and sits up and reaches for her robe and then stands up and puts it on. She walks to her closet and takes out one of her other robes and gives it to Tina. “Here you go. Let’s have breakfast.” Bette says.
“Okay.” Tina says and stands up too and follows Bette into the kitchen.
“Why don’t you take a shower and I’ll make breakfast.” Bette says and leans in for a kiss.
“Okay.” Tina says and leans in for another kiss and then she walks back down the hall and into the bathroom.
10 minutes later she walks in still in the robe, towel drying her hair.
“Refreshing?” Bette asks as she puts the eggs on the table.
“Yeah. Thank you.” Tina says and smiles as she sits down, and putting her hair up with a clip. “I borrowed a clip from you, hope you don’t mind?” Tina says and smiles.
“Off course not. All yours to borrow. It’s good on you too. You know I love your hair up.” Bette says and smiles. Tina smiles back and takes a bite of the bread with the eggs.
One hour later they’re ready to walk to work. They walk hand in hand all the way.
“Are you nervous?” Bette asks.

thank goodness bette knows what she’s doing as long as doesn’t have to stay there all night
I wonder if that new assistant typed in a funky code or something? Glad to see this story again. =)
I am sorry to see Tina leave the internship but I do understand. Now Bette is working hard to find out how the breach took place. I hope that Bette and Tina will continue to love one another.
