They had both settled in comfortably around Tina’s dining room table.
“The ASP was officially murdered today.”
“Murdered? Oh, this should be interesting.” Shane said as she rubbed her hands together.
“Yes, Helena Peabody murdered it.”
“Helena… Not surprised to hear that. What happened?”
“That annoyingly acidic alpha confessed her intentions to me.”
“Huh? Wanna run that by me again?”
“Over our luncheon meeting, Helena told me that she wanted me…” Tina’s voice became low and the next few words rushed out, “…and then she proceeded to kiss me.”
Shane gasped.
“She did WHAT????”
“Seriously Shane…it’s too painful to repeat.”
“Holy Fuck! How did that happen? I mean how could she have been attracted to you? Dressed in those clothes? With that makeup? I mean…not that you aren’t attractive…Oh, you know what I mean.”
“I wish I had answers for you – I’m still in shock. I executed the ASP to perfection. Any standard alpha would have disregarded me without a second glance. But I swear Helena…” Tina shook her head. “It was almost as though she had x-ray vision and could see through my external guise.”
“I’m speechless. You were the ideal frump case. But Tina… all that aside, how on earth was she able to kiss you?”
Tina attempted to sort through her own rationale to answer Shane’s pointed question. When nothing emerged, Shane became more persistent.
“Well????”
“Well what?”
“Why didn’t you stop her?”
“Ohhhhh…it happened too fast…”
“Right…that’s what I thought…so it wasn’t a REAL kiss…just one of those quick pecks on the lips…”
“Ummhhh…not exactly.”
“What do you mean, not exactly? It either is or it isn’t. Which IS it?”
Tina couldn’t talk anymore. The memory was still too fresh. She simply shook her head.
“So the kiss lasted more than a few seconds?”
Tina shifted uncomfortably in her chair. She sighed. Shane raised an eyebrow. This story was becoming more intriguing by the second.
Tina’s head eventually offered a slight nod.
Seeing her friend’s obvious discomfort, Shane attempted to find an end point to the discussion.
“Well thank goodness you came to your senses before she used her tongue.” Shane said projecting her assumptions into the conversation.
There was another pause.
Then a slight shake of Tina’s head – in the horizontal direction.

Mighty afraid Tina is biting off way much more than she can digest. Hellno is the most venomous of bitches and she has the money to play this out for as long as she wants. Tina will never win this one playing that game. What she should do is talk with Peggy and tell her everything that has happened, investigation, lunch, and assault, all of it. Peggy knows Hellno well enough to know that Tina would not be lying. And she would also understand why Tina would not want to be involved with another woman like Hellno and Alexandra. Especially Hellno, she is pretty damned awful and Peggy knows that. she had already told Hellno that she did not care what she wanted for her libido. Peggy wanted someone in the office that could actually work and be beneficial to the Foundation. Tina was it. Tina’s safest bet is to involve Peggy immediately. Thanks for posting.
I’m so afraid that Tina has bit off more than she can chew. Helena is a pro and Poor Tina is a new born kitten. Lets hope that Tina doesnt get hurt to badly thanks
I kind of wondered is this was where you were heading with these two. The cat and mouse will be interesting. Poor Helena after the slap is going to be even more enticed by our Tina. the ASP is now SWS wow the mind is boggling at the turn of events at the restaurant.I can not believe Tina slapped Helena its too good to be true.Didnt it bother Hels when Tina said about Alpha’s or oviously she wasnr paying much attention; I seriously think Tina is in way over her head.But i admire her courage to fight this out and not walk away until the cats got the cream.I think no matter what Shane says Tina is going to do what she wants to do, the only thing she can do is be there when Tina needs her for support.Thanks for the update i thoroughly enjoyed this especially the slap…Its so hostile and aggitated but I know it truly hasnt phased Peabody one bit and she is going to use her Alpha dominating skills to pursue Tina in any way possible
Helena said something that had me thinking “I know that you have saved a tremendous amount of money and frankly don’t need to work”. the exchange between Tina and Shane regarding Helena’s kiss was hilarious. Tina is in SUCH denial. Helena will eat her for lunch and Tibetter though i am, i look forward to it!
At least it sounds like sexy Tina will show up at work tomorrow.
