Chapter 22
London – 1998
The private jet had landed and Bette had been notified. Her pacing increased exponentially as she was waiting by the announced gate for her friends, when she saw her. Bette almost died on the spot, there it was the blonde of her dreams coming through the gate. It took her a while to realize that no one else was following her, because Bette’s eyes would just simply not leave Tina’s silhouette.
Tina was extremely confused and scared. She was concerned about the safety of her friends and she desperately needed to find Bette, so they could make sure that the girls were safe and sound. But at the same time the idea of finding Bette was terrifying, and most importantly what would happen next now that they were left alone. Tina knew she would not survive if she saw discomfort in the brunette’s eyes when she found out that she only got the consolation price.
And then it happened. As Tina crossed the gates it didn’t take her much time to find the brunette she had missed all these months, Tina knew that she would see Bette among thousands of people; she had always had that ability to recognize Bette among hundreds.
They made eye contact and the airport just disappeared, everything completely vanished and time and space did not longer existed as physics have studied so hard for many years.
It was only them and the short distance between them getting shorter by each of Tina’s steps.
Oh my god… she looks… just… god… was all that Tina was able to think at the moment and she wasn’t wrong, that was the first time Tina had had the chance to see Bette wearing a power suit, it was a black Armani one combined with a burgundy shirt with cufflinks that embraced Bette’s body in all the right places. Oh good god… this is gonna be torture.
Bette just could not stop shaking so she had to place her hands inside her pockets so it wouldn’t show.
Oh my god – oh my god – oh my god – oh my god… Was all she was thinking, her brains were unable to form any other coherent thoughts. Tina looked absolutely gorgeous to Bette’s eyes, in spite of the long flight hours and probably a bit of jetlag.

OMG.. i finally caught up… to bad they can’t read each others minds… i am wondering if julia went off with someone else… maybe she saw bette and tina leave.. who knows… but please continue… and soon
Glad the girls are safe, but Bette knows that they have been set up. So much tension mostly sexually, hanging in the air.

Thanks for the update. These two are so funny with each other…keeping their feelings to themselves.
The girls are alone in England, but some how things must not go well. Does Julia know what Alice and Shane did, and does she come to England on her own. Will read more later to find out. Must go to bed now.
