Bette laughs…Tina moves along viewing the other pictures with a smile that widened every moment…They went into the dining room and Tina was taken back by the table…It was beautiful more fine oak…Bette showed her the kitchen…
Tina: “this is your kitchen?’
Bette: “yes…see this stainless steal….my father had the kitchen done over…he loves to add new things everytime”
Tina: “your father has taste…who decorated the house?”
Bette: “my mother…she’s was a decorator at one time before she had to quit her job and stay off her feet”
Tina: “she has a nice eye…your house is beautiful”
Bette: “thanks…but there’s one last room along the tour”
Tina: “oh…”
Bette leads Tina down the hall…She approaches her door and opens it…
Bette: “this is my room”
Tina: “oh my…you really wasn’t lying about minnie mouse and tweety”
Bette: “I told you…If you feel uncomfortable I can take them down…”
Tina: “no leave it…it’s cute…I like it…your not ashamed to show who you really are”
Bette: “never”
There is a knock at the door…
Bette: “come in”
Veronica: “hey Elizabeth…oh…I’m sorry I didn’t know you had company”
Bette: “Veronica come here…I want you to meet my girlfriend Tina…Tina this is my baby sister Veronica”
Veronica: “hi”
Tina: “hey”
Veronica: “what happened to the other girl?”
Bette: “what other girl?”
Veronica: “the one that you bought home last year or year before last?”
Bette: “who Alice?”
Veronica: “yeah”
Bette: “she’s back home…why?”
Veronica: “I was just asking…because I really liked her…she’s very funny”
Tina: “that’s Alice”
Bette: “Veronica… about that talk…we’ll duscuss that later”
Veronica: “ok…well…. it was nice meeting you Tina”
Tina: “it was nice meeting you too”
Veronica turns and exits the room…Bette looks at Tina…
Tina: “she’s beautiful…she kind of looks like you”
Bette: “a little bit…”
Tina: “yeah…so what’s on the agenda?”
Bette: “well I’m gonna shower and then when I’m done we’ll discuss that”
Tina: “ok…I’ll wait here”
Bette’s mother comes into the room…
Mom: “where are you going precious?”
Bette: “to shower…”
Mom: “well…what about Tina?”
Tina: “I’m fine waiting in here”
Mom: “don’t be silly you can come with me”
Tina looks at Bette and she nods her head…
Tina: “ok…um sure”
Mom: “lets go to my room”
Tina: “bye babe”
Bette: “bye..I’ll be right out”
Bette enters the bathroom…While Tina and Bette’s mom head to her bedroom to talk…
