"You know i bet that i connect you and I together in 6 moves or less..not using her." grabbing a napkin and an ink pen.

Bette leaned in closer to Alice and watched as she began to draw something out on the napkin "What are you talking about." signaling the bartender for another drink

Alice looked up from the napkin momentarily to answer the man "Just give us something strong. Okay, this is what I call the chart and I’ve been working on this for a very long time. Pretty much what I can do with it, is link us all together sexually from past partners, one night stands, and anything else that you either don’t remember or you DON’T want to remember."

"Ok, so how are you going to connect us, if you have no idea who i have slept with?" picking the glass up from the counter top and taking a sip

"If i can connect us, you have to pay my tab.And you drink whatever I want you too" waiting for Bette to agree Alice continued "Well…you said you worked at the CAC, so just by looking at you, you have obviously slept with…." pausing for a moment trying to remember the girls name."So do we have a deal?" gulping that last drink down and holding her hand out to ‘seal the deal’

"Sure" gripping Alice’s hand tightly and then letting go.

"Kelley, and Kelley slept with Rebecca…" Alice began filling names into the mess of lines on the napkin "And finally, Rebecca slept with Jessica, Jessica slept with Rachel. Rachel slept with me. So I actually am connected to you in….like 4 moves or something." sticking the end of the pen in her mouth

Bette stood there with her mouth open for a moment before finally talking "Whoa! Can you do this with anyone?"

"Almost, I’m still trying to work all of the problems out" signaling the bartender once more "Vodka sour" turning her attention back to the incredibly hot, tall, luscious, woman sitting beside her who was now slipping out of her jacket. "Yeah, that’s right. You better be getting serious about this deal because I’m not going to go easy on you."

"Well bring it on. We’ve already slept together apparently." throwing her hands into the air before taking a long sip of the yellow liquid in front of her. "Today has to be the worst day of my life."

"It cant be that bad, I mean it could be worse. You could have found out that I have the clap or something."

Bette spit the yellow yellow liquid all over the counter and on to herself at the comment and then burst into laughter. "I guess you’re right. You don’t do you?" with a concerned look

"Fuck no!" playfully hitting Bette in the arm before she took her shot

Glancing at her watch Bette squinted trying to focus her eyes onto the small numbers "Alice it’s seven o’clock. Lets go home, because i have something i need to do." grinning mischievously at the writer who was trying to do origami or something with the napkins.

Alice drunkenly look at Bette "I just want….okay lets go home." motioning for the bartender to call them a cab.

"You can just come home with me, i feel bad for putting you car in jail and calling it a bitch. It’s okay if it sleeps over." picking up her jacket and scribbling on the receipt before falling back onto the seat

"Well that’s perfectly Fine BY ME!"Alice said laughing through hiccups as she and Bette walked out of the bar arm in arm, stumbling over everything and whispering like giddy school girls.
