“What now?” She asked impatiently.
“Is this your rebound girl? The one you need to get over me? Was Jodie not enough?” Nadia smugly said.
“Oh PLEASE!” Bette said rolling her eyes.
“No,” Tina said, “YOU are the rebound girl she needed to get over ME, and well… I guess I should thank you for being so lousy she came back to me!”
Nadia looked shocked, “Excuse me?”
“Come on! You think a little quickie in the car can capture her?” Tina said full of contempt.
“Well, seeing how wet and ready she was it sure did!” Nadia yelled. Tina came to her, pushing her hard sending Nadia to the ground.
“You filthy bitch!” Nadia said getting up ready to pounce Tina. Bette was standing between Tina and Nadia in no time pushing Nadia again to the ground. “No one touches her” Bette said through gritted teeth. Nadia was ready to go when Tina stopped her.
“Nadia?” Tina said, Nadia turned around. “Stay away from her. For your own sake.” Tina threatened.
“Is that a threat?”
“Think of it as a promise.” Tina said.
“Whatever, she’s just a good fuck. She’s not worth all of this trouble.” Nadia said walking away. Tina was ready to hit her for talking about Bette like that but Bette stopped her. “Let it go, it’s a good thing.” Bette said hugging Tina.
“Well, I happen to think you’re worth all the trouble in the world.” Tina whispered kissing Bette.
‘One down, two to go’ Tina thought. Knowing that Jodie is the real problem.
“When did our life get all Jerry Springer?” Bette wondered out loud as they walked to class.
“I think it was when YOU were stopped for speeding.”
“Oh, so this it my fault?” Bette asked.
“Yep,” Tina said kissing her, “And if it was for anyone else I would have been angry, but like I said, you’re worth it.” Tina kissed her again.
“I’m worth it?” Bette mumbled, “Now who’s watching Dr. Phil?”
“Shut up” Tina said her lips on Bette’s.
“Shutting up” Bette said returning the kiss.

OK they both went a little too far but they really need to talk before morning. Tina is upset because they were seen and yes she overreacted. Bette was understandibly upset by what Tee said but should not hold a grudge she should know Tina didn’t mean what she said. PPS
