Still, she wouldn’t make it so easy for Bette and decided to tease her a little.
We’ve been apart for seven years and now you can’t even go two days?
She smiled at her clever response and excitedly waited for a reply.
I know, it’s horrible. I blame you.
Tina chuckled quietly as she typed her response, huddled beside the cash register with a bright smile on her face. She felt like a kid again, crushing on the prettiest girl in school.
How is it my fault?
The wait for the almost instant response was excruciating. Tina’s heart beat with anticipation.
You shouldn’t have kissed me like you did. It’s all I ever think about.
Tina’s heart skipped a beat at the unexpected reply and she found herself biting her lip more seductively than before, her body responding in a way that was completely out of her control.
Two sentences. That was all it took to turn the tide in their little game.
My shift ends at 4. Wanna pick me up after? Maybe I can give you some more of the same ;)
“Well hello there, pretty lady. How are you this fine evening?”
“Leave the nice customer alone, Al” Tina called over her shoulder without bothering to turn around, her focus on her conversation with Bette and the grey text bubble that let the blonde know she was writing a response.
Tina’s heart beat even faster with the excitement coursing through her, her body practically buzzing with all the possibilities of how the night would turn out.
Don’t think I can wait that long. Bette replied before sending another text right after. Can I hang out with you at the bar? I promise to just sit there and look cute while you work.
Tina chuckled at Bette’s reply, her thumbs quickly tapping on the keypad as she began to write a response when Al’s comment to the female he had been talking to grabbed her attention.
“-just saying we could get two straws and-”
“Ignore him” She immediately cut him off, stopping mid-text as she turned round to face the pair. She placed the phone back down beside the register not realizing that she hadn’t actually sent her reply.
“Didn’t I tell you to behave?” She scolded as she focused on an unabashed Al before offering an apologetic smile to the woman beside him, “I’m sorry about him, he’s-”
Her blood froze when she recognized the face of the woman smiling back at her. Tina had always thought she would have had a different reaction if she’d ever met a celebrity, figuring that she would have been more excited and confident instead of the stunned mess she turned out to be. Maybe it was because the particular celebrity staring back at her wasn’t one she had ever expected to meet, one that she had been so sure was living her life in New York.
Tina looked into the eyes of the beautiful, smiling Emma London as every part of her body remained locked in place, her mouth completely unable to utter so much as a word except for the ones currently trapped inside her mind.
Oh shit.

Nothing ever seems to turn out the way Bette and Tina plan. There is always an obsticale to over come. It makes for a good story. Keep going, this is a good story.

Ok all i have to say is Fuck!..
You know Bette had it all planned out go home dump Em then get back to Tina.. oh and not to mention she wanted to see Tina that evening…fuck that she will be caught off guard and fuck it all up between Emma and Tina.. she is going to be put through the ringer… because Emma already knows something is up…and as soon as she sees Bette near Tina.. she will know what that something is…Poor Bette..

Wtf is Emma doing in town, is she a stalker now?! That will be a weird meeting when Emma realize that she met her competition to Bette’s heart and Bette is on her way to the bar…. Drama is coming!
But Emma must know she will never have Bette’s heart and she should walk away in grace and don’t try to fight a lost cause. And Bette should tell Emma asap that she ends their relationship and send her away to NY!

What the hell is Emma doing there, Bette told her to wait and no to come, well, now a bloodbath is about to happen.
I hope Bette won’t chicken out and say nothing to Emma.
