    Chapter Thirteen

    Bette’s POV

    My body is filled with shock.

    “Kelly? Kelly had this video footage all along…she knew about this video and never told me!? Jenny gave her this footage..”

    I have so many questions circling around my mind.

    “Tina, I had no idea Kelly had this footage!”

    “I don’t care if you did or not, Bette. I don’t know what to believe at this point.”

    I notice tears starting to form in the corners of her hazel eyes.

    “Do you even believe in our love Tina?”

    “I should be asking you that question since you are the one that screwed up.”

    “If you believe in our love you would know I’m telling you the truth.”

    “I-I..”

    That’s when I hear her begin to sob and I watch as she breaks down into tears.

    Tina’s POV


    My body has been holding too much in for me to fight it so I break down. I can’t stand to be here in this room with her anymore so I quickly grab my car keys from the table and head towards the door.

    When I step out into the fresh air, I try to catch my breath from the sobs.

    When I unlock Alice’s apartment door, she was just stepping from the bathroom.

    “Tina, what happened?”

    She steps towards me and leads me into the living room where she has the cot folded out for me.

    “Bette..fuck her, just fuck her..” My body starts a whole new round of sobs again.

    “Just let it out, sweetie.” Alice leans me into her embrace and starts stroking my hair.

    “I told her..I told her Kelly was the one behind me finding the video.”

    “And what did she say?”

    “She told me she had no idea Kelly had the video.”

    “Do you believe her?”

    “I don’t know what to believe anymore, it’s exactly what I told her when she asked did I believe in our love and if I believed in our love, I would believe her. But I do love her, I just can’t believe her right now.”

    “You two have to talk through this Tina.”

    “But..i’m not ready.”

    I notice Alice shake her head and look away.

    “I can’t talk to her because every time I try, I always end up yelling at her, I get too angry.”

    1. I still say that Max should make discovered that video and then drag Tina Kelly by the hair and hit her so hard that Bette has to stand so that I did not kill her! thanks for this great chapter!

    4. Hope yu let Tina calm down and think about what she actually saw. She makes films all the time and that video wasn’t enen close to showing Bette that close to kellys private parts, let alone having her face close enough to do “the nasty”as Alice calls it. Tina really needs to have an unemotional look at the video. She will certainly have a lot to apologize for when she does look at it. And Bette needs to get kelly on tape bragging to Bette that she knew Tina would be mad and hopefully would leave Bette when she saw it. Then Bette needs to slap the bitch into the middle of next week, clear out all her things from the gallery and get what monies kelly owes her and never set foot in the place again. Maybe she has enough money to but kelly out, then she would have her gallery again, by herself.. Bette should have a better knowledge of herself than to believe she has to subjugate herself to a great degree to be in a gallery again with a snake like kelly just to soothe her ego. She knew kelly wants her and Tina askef her not to do this and she went against Tinas’wishes just to be involved in
      a gallery and she knew kelly could not be trusted. It is her own fault this happened. Sorry about that, rant over.
