My Teenage Dream – Chapter Nine

    Baby And Babe

    Later That Day…

Tina is sitting with her back against the wall where her bed is against. Her legs are hanging off the bed. My head is lying in her lap and her hand is stroking through my thick curls. My eyes are only half-open, enjoying the feeling of Tina.

“I love you.” She says softly and I open my eyes fully.

“I love you to.” I say.

She beams. I sit up for a moment, giving her a kiss before laying back down.

“What now?” She wants to know.

“I don’t know. Maybe I could just lay here all day?” I say and chuckle.

She giggles and I grin at that. She’s so cute.

“Bette, you know what I mean. What will we do?” She asks and I sigh.

“I don’t know. I do think that first you have to be sure of your feelings, of who you are you know, before we tell anyone. It takes a while; it took me three years to be comfortable with whom I am. I know that you are not completely sure, you can’t be and you don’t have to be.” I tell her and she sighs.

“I am sure that I am in love with you. I have no doubt about that, Bette.” She lets me know and I nod.

“Maybe but what will you answer when people ask you if you are gay? Do you know that you are? Or are you bisexual? Or bi-curious? That’s also a possibility.” I say and she sighs.

“What is the difference between bisexual and bi-curious?” She asks me and I smile.

“Well, basically bi-curious people are just exploring while bisexuals know they like both genders.” I tell her and she nods.

“So, can you go from bi-curious to bisexual?” Tina asks me.

“Yeah, I think you can, you just know that after you’ve explored, what you are, I suppose.” I tell her.

“But I don’t feel like I’m just exploring…” She admits. “So, I think bi-curious is already out of the running.” She smiles and I grin. “Oh and straight is also something I’m not.”

“So you are a bisexual or a lesbian?” I ask.

“Yeah, I guess so.” She tells me. “But I don’t think I’m ready to decide just yet.”

    1. omg I jut had that same conversation about the difference bet bi-curious and bisexual or lesbian with a straight friend and she just did not get it! lol. Love your story. I’m glad Tina stopped torturing our Bette.

    2. I think coming out is difficult, but it gets easier when u have ur lover beside u all the way. but these two should take it easy they r young and in the beginning of the road I think they should wait until graduation before they can really take the consequence of being gay in this world.
