Coach Long face went completely red, Shane thought he was going to smack her or something. But then he let out the breath he’d been holding and responded

" No McCutcheon, I won’t bench you … I’ll kick you off this team, explain that to Tenesse ! "

Shane tensed a little she hadn’t thought about that. But she knew she had to stand up for heself

" Go ahead coach, but you know that without me there to help the girls we WILL lose, and you won’t even get close to Finals. " Shane threatened

Coach Long thought for a moment knowing that she was right " Your right Shane … just expect no mercy at practice … see you Monday McCutcheon " Coach Long said and walked off

Shane sighed in relief, she finally stood up for heself. But now she knew she was going to be practically killed in practice on Monday.

" Fuck, I’m in for it … " she thought as she exited the gym and went to go find her friends

" I’mma punch that motha fucka for benching you ! " Alice yelled as Shane approached the car

" It’s okay Al, but thanks for your concern " Shane said as she laughed

Shane finished talking to Alice and saw Carmen approaching her giving her a tight hug

" I’m sorry you got benched baby, it was because of me. " Carmen said sadley, slightly pulling away to look Shane in the eye

" No, Carmen, it wasn’t you, my coach is just an ass. And besides I like being with you and I don’t care what my coach does, I’d still pick being with you over anything. " Shane answered truthfully

Carmen smiled and kissed her passionately in front of everyone.

" Okay you two, can you guys atleast wait until we get to the hotel ?! " Jenny teased

" Honestly ! " Dana butted in

" Nope, she’s mine, and I can kiss her whenever and wherever " Shane responded while smiling at them but never letting go at Carmen.

Carmen pulled Shane’s attention back to her as she gently grabbed her head and kissed her again with her hands running through her hair.

" Okay guys, let’s get out of here the hotel has a big fucking pool and I wanna go crash it ! " Alice demanded

" Fine ! " Shane mumbled as she finshed kissing Carmen

They all got in the car and drove for the the DOUBLE TREE HOTEL that Jenny had picked out. Carmen and Shane sat in the back, Shane was sitting comfortably and Carmen was leaning her head on Shane’s shoulder relaxing.
